They sent a two-man team, who identified the source of leak by cutting a hole in the first floor ceiling. the men were friendly and informative throughout the process. They showed me the location of the leak and where the old pipe was broken in two separate places. They replaced the pipe with a high quality copper pipe that should last for many years. The entire job was assessed and completed in less than 3 hours.

They were very fast to respond to my inquiry. The work was performed on time, very professionally and was exactly in line with the quote that they gave.

They did a good job but they were expensive. It was a very simple job but I thought it was overpriced. The pump sells $69 from a retail store I know but the guy who came charged us $250.

The plumber was on time and very personable to me wife and daughter. The plumber worked most of the morning and my wife said that he seemed to care to do a good job and clean up after he was done. We definitely would use this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Not sure how this business got such a high rating. I guess the job I had was too small. I never got a call back. I am just moving on with someone else. I was trying to keep my business local.

It went well. The repair man seems to know a lot and he was very help, very professional, and on time.

He told me it shouldn't be any problem at all and when I told him I was thinking about having some other remodeling work done on my bathroom, he said he had a friend that did that sort of work and would have him call me. When his friend called, he said he would like to come out the next day. I unfortunately was not able to have him out that morning or the next day. The man seemed to get upset and I never heard back from him or Eddie again. Eddie seemed very nice and if he would come out to do the work, I would definitely have him perform the service.

Mary in the was very responsive. The men came on time, assessed the work to be done and got the toilets and did the job. They worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up every step of the way He even fixed a part that wasn't done right by the builder's plumber (at no additional charge). Along with honoring their Angie's List coupon, they took an additional $25.00 off the price because I did 2 toilets at the same time. I was very satisfied with the service AND so much more comfortable on the thrones.

Good job, nice people. A little expensive in my opinion but the work was solid and very proffessional. Would use again without hesitation.

I called and set an appointment for 10AM. The morning of the appointment they called and asked if they can come by earlier. I agreed. They came out and I told them what I needed done. They charge by the hour so I was anxiously looking at the clock. The guy did the job in what I consider to be a good speed. I was very pleased and I will be using them again in the future.

The plumber arrived when scheduled and took about 30 minutes to replace the cartridge. He had a replacement in his truck. They cleaned up after themselves.

Service man very nice and did a good job. I had a leak in a pipe under my house. It was only a lose fitting. I feel his company charged too much for the time it took to tighten the fitting.
