Zander Gutters were exceptional. The best part wasn't just their communication skills—timely, efficient, and seamless—but how they treated us not merely as customers, but as friends throughout the process. After a storm knocked a tree onto our lines, tearing them from our house and bringing down our gutters, Steve was incredibly communicative, honest, and trustworthy, guiding us without any stress. Responsive at first to get my business. I was very particular on the exact color, style and size of the gutters, leaders, brackets and hangers. He was one of the few contractors who assured me he could get these parts. When he showed up and removed my old gutters I realised that he did not have the parts I chose. I was told that I would be without gutters for two weeks until he ordered the correct parts. I went ahead with the parts he had, as he assured me they were as strong as the parts I chose. I had to have him back four times over the past year to fix several problems. He was not very responsive but did show up and did fix most of the problems that were mainly due to sloppy work and rushing the job (missing brackets, screws.) The fnal problem was that the hangers were not as strong as he claimed and I had several slope issues due to the gutters sagging in the middle. I called his office approximately 20 times and never received a call back. Eventually he responded to email but he never took the time to understand exactly what the problem was and sent workers to inspect the wrong areas, fix half the problem, etc. Frustrated I emailed once more to finally solve the problem and asked him to please call me to discuss so there was no further misunderstanding. He would not call me and his return email was incredibly unprofessional and rude.
