+ -1 moreI called Pleasant pools on 2 separate occasions to see if they could come out and look at my pool heater. I ended up calling a HVAC guy because they never returned my call. A couple of days passed and I notice someone is in my back yard looking at my pool heater. It was a tech from Pleasant pools! I explained to him I already had a HVAC guy diagnose the problem and I won't be needing there services. The tech asked me what they ordered and lo and behold the HVAC guy miss diagnosed the problem. So now I have to stay with Pleasant pools even though there service is not he best.
Description of Work: Repair the heater for an in ground pool

+ -1 moreIt did not go well. The technician that arrived at my home was inebriated, extremely rude, and actually damaged my spa. I phoned the company to inform them of the situation, but they defended the technician profusely. They did send a second technician, but they charged me for a second visit as well as the necessary.
Description of Work: They were supposed to have cleaned my spa.
