 + -1 moreJack and his employees did a great job, was very punctual, and helped us understand our well system (our old house was on city water). The only downside was that it was a bit expensive, but it was an emergency repair and we didn't know what to expect. The only thing I would do differently would be to get another estimate, but we didn't have the time.
Description of Work: We called Jack over the weekend as our well stopped working. It turned out we needed a new well pump. He showed up on Monday at the beginning of Superstorm Sandy and repaired the well pump. This involved finding the well and then removing and replacing over 300' of pipe.

Description of Work: We hired the wrong Hall.... he didn't know what he was doing and had to come back... then he called his brothers company, the other HALL plumbing and finally got it right.. never again... i hear his brother is good though

 + -1 moreI am delighted. Other plumbers have tried to repair my leaking shower unsuccessfully. The plumber and his helper arrived promptly at 8:00 AM. They worked 4 and 1/2 hours and left everything spotless. I may have gotten a break on price, because I am retired. Considering all the work that was done, they were more than reasonable. If there were a way to add pluses to the A's I am about to give them, I would do so.
Description of Work: Remove existing shower valve and install Moen shower valve and cover plate (This was causing damage in the kitchen below). Fix 3 dripping faucets and 1 pop up drain cover. Caulk shower wall cracks.
