Good job guys, thanks. Jason and Glenn did good quality work. I would recommend them for any plumbing work. They installed a new kitchen faucet with new valves. They also replaced the sink next to the washer. This job also included a new faucet and valves. They also cleared the drain for this sink. This included snaking the main drain. They were efficient, courteous and professional.

I was VERY clear (model number in the Home Advisor ad and over the phone) on what I needed and the owner said he had that exact part on his truck. But after it was installed and he handed me the invoice with the model number we talked about, I notices that the one installed did not match. It was the wrong model (Badger 1 1/3 HP Garbage Disposal) not the (Badger 5 1/2 HP Garbage Disposal) that I had and needed replaced. The installed cost was over $350 and took 30 min to install. He admitted to the mistake and since he did not have the correct one available he charged me $14 less for the lower HP model. The next day I called him and said I had a bad feeling about the services and for felt like it was a bate a switch, I don't think that's what it was but that's how I felt. I asked if he would make it right and come back and to put the 1/2 hp model in and take the 1/3 hp model back. Without hesitation he said YES. After it was replaced he did ask me for the $14 back that he had taken off the invoice for the cost difference. I thought that was a bit cheesy to ask for the $14 back considering the circumstances but I did give the him $14 back. Anyway... the only saving factor was that he agreed to put the model we had spec'ed in and take back the other, without hesitating. I am a small biz owner and can appreciate how hard it is to be your own boss.

They were courteous, punctual, professional, solved my problems the first time, and educated me on some preventive measures to avoid certain problems in the future. The two men worked very hard on a difficult problem and persevered until it it was completed. They completely cleaned up the two areas after the work was done. My only recommendations are that (1) they should have given my some indication at the beginning of thei work as to the hourly charge and (2) that I had been given a statement afterwards describing the work done.

The Plumber did a fantastic job. Although I had another plumber from your list call and his price was half. But because All Out was here I had him do the job. He was Pricey though.
