Description of Work: THEY WERE HEAR FOR A TOTAL OF 15 MIN. I THOUGH THAT THE DUCT WORK WOULD BE CLEANED FROM THE OUTSIDE VENT TO THE DRYER. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AS A BRUSH WAS INSERTED FROM THE OUTSIDE INTO THE DUCT WORK FOR ABOUT 20 INCHES. THIS BRUSH WAS POWERED BY AN ELECTRIC DRILL AFTER IT WAS TURNED ON THEY DID REMOVE A GREAT DEAL OF THE LINT. ALSO, MORE LINT WAS REMOVED BY HAND. AFTER THEY HAD LEFT I DISCOVERED THAT THE VENT FLAP WAS STILL BLOCKED OPEN BY LINT.

Description of Work: Bought service because no length specified in deal for duct work. Had to wait 4 weeks for a pot on Friday night between 5 and 7. Called at 630 to say couldn't make it. The usual "previous job took longer her than expected". Asked if they could come between 5 and 7 Saturday night. Showed at 650. Said right away "need to charge you for 2 dryers". Duct work too long. I said "no". Ending up paying 40$ more. They were not messy.

Description of Work: The two technicians showed up on time. They were very professional and friendly. They were very clean. One worker put on booties and the other took off his shoes. They completely explained what they were going to do. My wife wanted anew connection from the dryer to the outside pipe. The Technician explained how he would install it and told us about the qualities on the material in the new connecting tube. After explaining how he would do the new connection, we decided to go with that. I watched for awhile, and they did a very thorough job cleaning the duct, and they connected the new duct work just like they said the would. We were very satisfied with the work they did. It was $59 for cleaning the duct, and $59 for replacing the old duct work. I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Excellent service, but Angies list had a discount and Groupon had one. Both offered same service, same value Groupon was half the price. I asked before I CHOOSE COUPON, i was told if ducts were not cleaned for at least five years then it will have to be more expensive. I was confused is one better he wasn't explaining it. I called several times, I went the more expensive coupon it was a mistake.

Description of Work: They were very professional about returning my calls to schedule and re-schedule the appointment, which I had to do a couple of times. The day of the service, they called to give me an update on exactly when they would be coming. They cleaned the duct (what I had paid for), and in the process discovered that the tape holding two pieces of duct together was so old that the pieces of duct had separated. They had all the equipment they needed, and they went down into my basement to fix the problem (beyond the scope of what I had paid for, they did not charge me extra) and return the full length of duct to excellent condition. They also cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with my experience with them and definitely recommend them to others.
