When the technician Nahum arrived, he recommended replacing the dryer hose for $49, which I agreed to. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and went beyond what he needed to do by thoroughly cleaning the extremely dust-encrusted area in back of the washer and dryer, and also near the outside vent, both vaccuming it and wiping it up. I was very pleased by their work, and would hire them again. Top recommendation!

Description of Work: After several left messages, I finally connected to schedule my service. I had never had the ducts cleaned before in my 20-year old home. Don't forget to tell them that. I therefore needed to reschedule once they were out at my home. That whole process of rescheduling went great. They were more than accomodating with my schedule. When the job earlier in the day ran over, they promptly called me and adjusted their arrival time so I wasn't waiting. They were efficient and clean. Very happy customer.

Description of Work: Cleaned my dryer vent. When the technician arrived he told me that the connection the builders had put in was not very good (or safe), which I agreed with. He added a much better connection, and cleaned out ~10 years of lint. To do this he had to go not only in the laundry room, but the basement, and the outside of the house. He was pleasant, courteous, prompt, professional, efficient and I am very happy with the results. Will probably have them back to clean my vents.
