Description of Work: They were here for about an hour clearing the dryer vent. They retaped the vent joints and secured the vent to the back of the dryer. Good job!

Description of Work: The person was timely and seemed very nice. He just used brushes to go up the chimney from the fire place. I thought he would go up on a ladder and clean from the top down and see if I had any damage to the chimney at the top or the chimney cap. The last time I had this done I know the person inspected the top of the chimney and seemed to work downward.

Description of Work: I had to reschedule multiple times due to scheduling conflicts and they were super flexible about it. The day of the service, they called 10 minutes before they arrived. They arrived on time. They explained everything in detail to me fromstart to finish so I knew what was going to happen. They pointed out to me where the dryer connected with the outside wall that there was damage due to age and use. They suggested a reasonably priced fix and I approved it. They cleaned up the area... they left it cleaner than it was when they got here! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a dryer cleaned and serviced.

Description of Work: I had a fire in July and it took contractors a while to fix everything. I needed the vents cleaned thoroughly and it was done professionally. Also, a very nice smelling agent was put in the system to make the air smell fresh, which I didn't ask for but was a very nice touch. Would definitely use this contractor again.

Description of Work: The deal was to clean my dryer vent for $59.00. However, when they arrived they told me the present vent apparatus was hazardous and for safety's sake a new apparatus would be recommended. That was $79.00. I agreed to have them perform the work and they did an excellent job. They pulled out the dryer, carefully cleaned and vacuumed behind it, installed a brand new, properly fitting apparatus, as well as a new outside vent cover and thoroughly vacuumed the interior of the vent. This, of course, was in addition to the $59.00 originally paid for the vacuuming alone. I was told next year I would be entitled to a complimentary vacuuming! I sort of doubt that will happen as nothing was in writing but I really have no complaint as $138.00 was a fair price for all the work they did.

Description of Work: They cleaned all our heat/air ducts & return vents & took the heater apart and cleaned every inch of it. It hasn't been that clean since it was new. They are also very friendly and professional.

I give this company an "F" for Failing to showup to clean my dryer duct after rescheduling THREE times starting in October and twice in November and the last scheduled day was December 6, whereby they never called to let me know they weren't coming. So I would NOT recommend YOUR DUCT GUY.
