Description of Work: Thee guys were very professional, not only did they do a great job cleaning the dryer duct, they pointed out several potential issues and were able to fix these at q reasonable cost

Description of Work: Bought this through one of Angie's Lists special deals. It was an awful experience. Wouldn't recommend them at all. Scheduled a visit and when they did come out (after calls saying they were late) unloaded all of their equipment and got ready to start when they said 'oh we have to go, we have another emergency call we have to be on' and then left and did nothing. Rescheduled again and then they called and said they were running late. It got so late that they wouldn't have finished until after 7 and I said let's try another date. So for the 3rd visit, they came and unloaded and then looked at our ducts and said 'sorry we can't work with this system because the house is 100 years old'. They would have had to take all our grates from the wall and damage each opening. So after three attempts, they couldn't do the work. Never said this on the first visit or asked any questions before they got here on type of system. I wouldn't recommend them nor will I ever buy one of those Angie's Lists deals again because they won't refund my money. Bad experience, bad service all around!

Description of Work: Originally ordered dryer vent cleaning but other services were in need of repair as well. Everything was explained thoroughly and they were very professional. I wasn't expecting the extra cost but the repair seemed to be in need of being completed. I would definitely recommend them and would use them myself in the future when needed!

Description of Work: Hi - I purchased a deal through Angie's list (Your Duct Guys), I made the appointment and the day of the appointment they didn't show up, I called more than10 times and every single time went to voicemail, I had to take personal time to be able to be here for the appointment so it's really dissapointing the lack of professionalism, I want a refund, how do I start a dispute? through my credit card where the charge was made? I am not longer interesting in getting service from this provider after this bad experience so rescheduling is not an option, thanks.

Description of Work: Cleaned dryer vent, installed shorter tube in the back of the dryer to replace one that was too long and not necessary. Ended up paying 3 times the amount for one additional service performed.

Description of Work: The technician inspected my dryer and informed me(by showing me evidence) that I needed a overall cleaning of my dryer to remove lint that had built up for 3 years. He thoroughly cleaned the dryer resulting in improved efficiency. The time it takes to dry a big load went from 2 hours to 45 minutes. The technician was very professional and helpful.
