Description of Work: They cleaned the duct on my dryer located in a 2nd story closet. There is a laminate top over my washer and dryer that is bolted down so wasn't sure if they'd clean from inside or reach duct via a ladder on the outside of my house. The technicians cleaned what they could from the inside, then cleaned the duct by climbing a ladder to reach from the outside. They were supposed to be at my house between 12:00-2:00, but actually called and were able to get there earlier. In all, it took them about 20 minutes. Very happy and woould use again.
