Rescheduled twice and still a "no-show"

The service was Perfect! I am so happy with the girls at your duct guy. They are so professional, clean and polite, they cleaned my house so good that I will definitely recommend them to my neighbors. I used the duct guys before to clean my daddy's house duct work and and i was very happy with the cleaning they did and since I knew they was doing house cleaning too, I hired them to my House to clean my home. Vera and Luccy they were so professional and sweet, they clean all my house within 2 hours and I was very happy with the results. I signed up with them for a weekly cleaning so now I am sure that my house always will stay clean and sparkle.

The cleaning girls @the duct guys are so professional and they did an outstanding job in my house in Philadelphia! They know very well in how to make the job done quickly and thoroughly. They were kind, courteous and professional. They wore booties in the house, laid all their equipment on a blanket, asked for permission to open each vent that was painted the same color as the room. They were very careful to put everything back the way they found it...including toys in the playroom! They explained everything they were doing and they were in and out in a reasonable time. My whole house smells better, the heat pump is more efficient now and my kids are magically not coughing anymore.

Easy and fast to schedule the appointment. Two employees showed up - professional, courteous and efficient. They brought in a tarp to place all of their equipment on, did a walk-through to assess all that needed to be cleaned (and did mention the additional charge in advance for the returns), and just got to work. I'll use them in the future for vent cleaning/maintenance.

It went smoothly. Although I was scheduled for a 1 - 4 time slot, the men arrived shortly before 9 a.m. I am glad I was at home. The process took about 2 hours. It is had to determine the quality of such a job because one cannot really see the work. I was shown the before an after of a vent system - said to be mine. I would use them again, if they have a better deal (unlimited ducts for a fee less than my total). I noted some on the List after purchasing and finding out how much additional ducts costs thru Duct Guy!

Went well, did need to reschedule once as they got double booked somehow, however service was acceptable and they were timely and courteous.

This company has been fantastic for my new house. They sanitized our ducts, cleaned our heater system, and we've hired them to come again to add a return on our first floor.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the owner and his crew. They pulled out my dryer and cleaned it inside and out, adjusted and cleaned the inside vents and checked and anchored my attic vent tubing. They then installed a new outside vent in my roof eave. The amount of lint they removed was scary! In spite of all the dust and lint they had to endure they left my house in immaculate condition. They even vacuumed the small amount of lint on my lawn. Overall outstanding service!

Not well, They were able to clean our duct work without any noticeable issues. But they were also supposed to air seal the ducts. I had them come over after the initial work was done to correct all the leaks, but all the sudden they left saying that they ran out of materials and had another job to get to. I have been trying to get them back to fix the leaks or credit me to have someone else do it correctly.

We were satisfied. We were pleased. They told me what they were doing. They were very thorough especially since it's very important to keep our vent clean. One of my concerns is that the vent was still long to go outside, and the thing that I had wasn't long enough and they cleared it all out. They seemed to be very thorough. He was professional as well. There were no additional fees. The pricing was wonderful. I was pleased with the quality. They came within a week and we coordinated our schedules. They were on time.

They found a fire hazard with my hose. The people that install the hose in back of my dryer did not do a good job.

After I placed a call to their office and was treated extremely professionally, an appointment was set for a 3-6PM window on October 20. At 1:30PM I received a call saying they were running ahead of schedule and asked if I could have the service at 2PM instead, I agreed. Chris and Wilson showed up exactly at 2Pm. They were very courteous, clean, friendly and respectful. They wasted no time in tending to the project at hand. After a professional high quality installation they cleaned up the area. After a dryer vent replacement there was not a single spec of dust or lint left behind. They then walked me through the project to insure my approval. After a courteous thank you and goodbye they were on their way with one happy client left behind. I would definitely recommend this company for this type of repair, when I need any of the other services they provide, they will be my first call.

The gentlemen that showed up were very respectful of our home, dog and family. They wore booties over thier shoes to preserve our rugs. They explained everything that they were doing, including showing my husband the clogged dryer tube. They cleaned up when finished, even though it was raining. We were very please and will hire them to clean our ducts and vents in our new home next month.

The guys that came out were friendly, respectful, and professional. They took care not to make a mess in my house, they moved everything they needed to move to get to the vents and then moved it all back. My house smelled pleasant afterwards. They recommended having the actual HVAC system cleaned, which we will be hiring them to do soon.
