Description of Work: Cleaned all vents and also cleaned HVAC system. Very professional, worked fast. Graded the quality a b because most of the vents were replaced upside down and we had to go back and fix those, and two rooms upstairs still have a musty smell from the vent. First time having this service ever so I have nothing to compare it to.

Description of Work: Cleaned the air ducts. But it seemed like they were more interested in overcharging me for doing "extra" work that I could cheaply do myself. Also they ended up cutting up the end of the vent inlet so it was harder to get a good seal. I have no idea why he did that without my prior approval. No, not happy with this service.

Description of Work: Cleaned out dryer vent. The process took about 10 minutes, and they seemed to be neat and efficient. I can't speak to how they might have carried out a bigger job.

Description of Work: I had trouble scheduling with this firm, but when they finally came, they were professional and did a good job. They warned me that they'd have to remove paint from the wall in order to open vents.

Description of Work: Two men arrived on time, removed the 12 air duct covers and thoroughly cleaned the air ducts. They did an excellent job.

Description of Work: HVAC duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. The package includes free AC/Heater inspection. Issues: after purchasing through Angie's, they never called me. I finally called after a few weeks to set up. I took a half day vacation on the day of the scheduled visit only to find they were a no call/no show. When I called them, they claimed they had no record of the appointment. When they finally came in, they were in and out in less than half the time they said they would spend and headed out. I remembered about the free heater inspection and had to call them back. Never again!

Description of Work: It turns out I really didn't need them as my dryer was fairly new and someone had already cleaned the lint from the outside vent when I had orher work done. I have a very short dryer duct. They literally did not have to do anything. But they were honest and said so. Unfortunately I had prepaid because I don't think I would have paid.

Description of Work: Purchased one of the deals, as always made sure they covered my area. First scheduled date in early January, some screw up on their part, put the wrong date down. Next two appts. were canceled due to weather -- turns out I'm about 60 miles from their office. Certainly didn't want them driving in the conditions. Couple more attempts finally pushed to May when weather would be good. So all they do is lift off the vent covers and stick a shop vac down. I asked what good is that if you don't clean the main duct, they said that's all the deal is. Then after adding about four or five more vents it added another $70 to the bill. They were nice, aggravated about the drive and later I find two ducts disconnected from pushing the Shop Vac hose down. Had I known that was all they were doing, I certainly would have performed the activity myself -- I have a couple of shop vacs. Would I hire anyone to stick a hose down the vent and vaccum from the length of the hose or bend in the duct again -- no way. If they clean the main duct, then I use "a" firms service. Wouldn't go with these guys again -- speed and volume is there gig.
