Description of Work: Their duct cleaning system is pretty much a vacuum with a long extension. They could not get some of my vent covers off, so they skipped some vents. Other vent covers were torn off in a way that ripped the paint from my walls. Now I need to spend my free time repairing the damage that was done. They also told is to vacuum the rest from the basement ourselves once the dust settled. I had paid for this service to prevent having to do it myself.
