Description of Work: They cleaned all the ducts and sanitized them and cleaned the dryer vent and cleaned the HVAC suystem and cleaned the AC unit and cleaned the vent covers. They did a very thorough job

Description of Work: They were excellent and cleaned my driver vent perfectly. It had been a very long time since I had this done. I would recommend them for sure.

Description of Work: Duct guys came out as promised. Unfortunately we had figured out that our ducts weren't the problem with the dryer. Even though we the clients neglected to cancel the appointment, they were courteous and allowed us to reschedule for a future date.

Description of Work: Purchased through Agies list for the AC turn up service. Called them and appointed the Jun 9 for the service. No one showed up the whole morning and called them that day, no one picked up the phone and left the message. No one called back. Called again the second day, the guy answered said ran out of the refrigerate and the service no longer available. Said sent email to notice all customer but never got any notification in either my registered email address or the Angies list mail box. Had to call Angies list for the credit return, disappointed.

Description of Work: Absolutely nothing. Scheduled appointment and then canceled. Told me to get a refund from Angies List. What a joke.

They cancelled my appointment two weeks out stating they were having car issues. 6/9/16 Dear Angie's List Members, This a General Email Regarding the AC Tune Up scheduled service with our Company Your Duct Guy for the AC Maintenance from the Deal that was purchased online at Angie's List. Unfortunately due to an unexpected Vehicle problems we will not be able to serve our clients for the AC Tune up at this point. We recommend each one of you that purchased the deal on Angies List to call to cancel your voucher or exchange to be serviced by other AC Company. We are very soory for the inconvenience, but at this point we don't have how to get to the Air Conditioning Clients house due to this problem. If we already served your location please disregard this email. This email is for upcoming scheduled clients or clients that purchased the deal but didn't scheduled yet with us their appointment.
