Your Duct Guy - Professional Cleaners

I had the duct work cleaned in my home. They were prompt, very efficient, clean, thorough and informative. When the job was done, there was no mess left behind. They cleaned up as they went. I was very leased with the work done. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

Everything went extremely well. Not only did my dyer vent get clean out, but he replaced the duct tubing from the dyer to the wall at no additional cost which has allowed me to better position my dyer in a very tight space. I will use Your Duct Guy again and would recommend them to everyone I know!

The contractors came to our house within the time-frame they have given us. They started to clean out the ductwork for both supply and return ducts. They even cleaned every spot within the heat pump. They performed their services as a professional and educated us with important information regarding indoor air quality. I myself recommend all home users to become educated and understand that indoor air quality is important for everyone's lives especially young kids. Once the ductwork and heat pump is cleaned out, they have you come and inspect the work they have done so far and then they performed the one time sanitizing the ductwork. When they completed their task, they cleaned up where they worked at. Together we walked through the house and ensure we are comfortable with their services. If anyone is interested in having them perform similar work, I recommend having Levin (the technician) perform the work. He was very professional with a great amount of experience under his belt and knowledge in the field of work he does.

The job was done really well. There were one two rooms that he might have skipped over. However, the ones that he did do were getting nice flow through. The people were very kind and they respected our family. They didn’t really talk much. They just got the work done. They did it very quickly and efficiently.

It went well from start. As we will be traveling we cannot schedule the service at this time. So we are applying for a refund now.

They were very good. They were very professional. I was very happy with the work. I might actually be using them for some other work as well. I was so happy for the introduction. I thought they were kind of stray with me about the problems that I was having and they uncovered some issues which other contractors had not. Showed me up potential problem that I have that I didn't actually take care of a big problem, but it was great that he was able to uncover that because no one had bothered looking before. The price was good.

I purchased the $59 dollars coupon for one dryer vent cleaning. The company sent two people in and said it was more than cleaning job since the dryer vent has a lot of stuff in it . A separate $78.85 is charged ($49.85 for the work in addition to the $59 coupon and $29 to replace the connector between the dryer and the vent duct.). The service is OK but be aware of extra charge. I purchased a lint cleaning kit at Amazon for about $40 and gave it a try afterwards. It is actually simple to do the dryer vent cleaning by yourself.

Went very well, professional, on time, and clean.

All went week, except the length of our vent and the fact that he had to go into the attic and disconnect the vent, then remove a bird nest from the exit point increased the cost.

At first it was fine. He explained what he would do. He told me he would check the furnace which he did. He suggested that I replace it with a more expensive filter which I agreed to do. He indicated it was a permenant filter which would never ned replacing, just a cleaning. Incidently I had already bought 2 new disposible filters which I was going to install. After he began working he kept calling me to come see something that he found. I understood the need for him to show me different concerns; however he kept calling me over time after time thus interrupting work I needed to do. I don't know if this is normal but I would think he could proceed with the repairs without so many interruptions. I would have given him an A for professionalism if it were not for this. Then he explained that I neded to go thru more steps in the future to keep things working right: for example, I should buy a certain brand of light since I had mold. He pointed out something on the furnace which may have been mold but since I had never heard of anything like that on a heater, I wasn't sure. I appreciated that he took the time to explain things but I feel some of it was overkill and I feel I was left with more questions than answers. The other thing was the delay in delivery of the filter. On the invoice he stated it would arrive in about 5 to 7 buisness days. When it did not, I called. He said that I should be patient, etc. I called again, same response, never an apology for the delay. I did finally receive the filter but it took longer than expected.. He did perform the duct cleaning but I will not use these guys again.

They were great and the work turned out fine. The guy who came out to do the duct cleaning, he was wearing booties and the whole suit. He cleaned up after himself, he vacuumed and threw out the trash. He explained to me how to regular duct maintenance myself every six month. He said I only need a professional cleaning every two years, if I do the maintenance myself every so often. It was really informative and the guy was very helpful.

We were very pleased with the performance of this company. The service man was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a very comprehensive job in servicing our air conditioning system and offered excellent tips for maintaining our unit. He was efficient, thorough, and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Fair but used him twice & each times wanted to add on addl services for a ridiculous price. He came out and dismantled my ducts and did not put them back together. He told me he was going to charge me more for the tape to put them back together. I told him I would not paying him the extra. And he left with it all in pieces. On top of that the dryer did not work because he had pushed all of the lint to one side and not cleaned it at all. I had to pay an extra $75 to another company to come out and tell me what was wrong with the dryer.

It has been fine. They sent just one person out to do the job. He got the job done in about 2 to 2 and a half hours and this also included estimating the A/C job. The cleanup in the house was exceptional, but the cleanup in the garage was not as good. Based on their quality of work I decided to hire them on the spot to come back and clean the A/C ducts.

Very well. He was meticulous and thorough, and took as much time as was necessary. He took digital photos inside the ducts and showed me the problem areas as he did the work. He was also clean and tidy, and vacuumed up all the lint he found.

It was excellent service. The person that came out was on time, extremely polite & pleasant and did a wonderful job. I cannot say enough good things about this service!!!

He was absolutely amazing. It was lovely. He was helpful, and he was just great. He came out only a few days after I purchased the big deal. I would recommend them very highly. He didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't want, and he didn't even suggest anything that we didn't want. My daughter was with him when he was doing it, and he explained everything that he did, and why he did it, and it was just fine.

The technician, Levin, was very prompt, curtious, and knowledgable. He was very consious about leaving my home and the area cleanner than when he arrived. I found that he was able to work and talk sociably to me as he was conducting his work and inspections. He did share with me other services that his company offered and explained the pros and cons of having additonal cleaning of my vent and furnace. As well as reviewed the timing of my current maintenance programs. He offered contact information and stated that if I had any questions or concerns do not hesitate but call for answers. I would higher this company again since they were so thorough and wanted to make sure everything was perfect.

Levin and his helper were both punctual. Work was very thorough. During the estimate visit, Levin addressed my issues with the furnace and showed me pictures of what the vents looks like. After the work was done, they took after shots to show the difference. They worked efficiently together and I appreciated Levin's honest assessment. I plan on getting my coils cleaned in the near future.

The service was outstanding. I would use him again in a heart beat. Also I was surprised at how much lent was in our dryer vent. He cleaned everything, inside the vent and swept up the patio and bagged the lent. Also he vacuumed the back of the dryer and the floor which had an accumulation of 12 years dust. He was running a little late and called at least an hour before his appointed time to inform me. He was friendly and professional. Every time he entered the house he put on little booties to keep our floors clean. I could not be more pleased.

Talked to them to get an estimate on Air duct and dryer cleaning for my cleaning. The price they quoted was fair and would use them in the near future.

Levin did a wonderful job and explained everything he did. He is extremely thorough and it's obvious he takes his work serious. He even gave us some excellent recommendations on what to do for our dryer vent in the future. It's a relief to find someone reliable that we know we can call on from now on. We will definitely use his services going forward.
