He was running late so he called me and told me the approx time so that I was not waiting. I appreciate that.Came with booties checked out the dryer location and vent outside and immediately got to work. He was done in 15 minutes.I ven got him to clean a dryer vents in one of my rentals and he did an awesome job of cleaning and even changing the hose from dryer to the vent for a reasonable price. I'm satisfied with their services.

Had to wait over 3 weeks for work to be performed. Took the day off on 7/28 to be here when workers were scheduled to arrive (I was told between 2 and 4pm on 7/28). Got a call nearly at 5 pm on 7/28 that they were "stuck in traffic," and were 21 miles away. Didn't know when they would arrive. Employee was incredibly rude and told me he didn't understand why it was a "big deal." Work order cancelled. Never again.

Experience was great. They were flexible with the scheduling. They put on foot covers prior to entering my home, pointed out the issues they found, suggested how to fix the issues, finished quickly, and cleaned up after they were done. I would recommend this company.

The person I scheduled the appointment with was very courteous. On the day of the appointment I called to confirm and he told me they were having trouble with their equipment, but they would still try to get there between 2 and 4. They arrived around 3:45 and looked at the heater and ducts and said they could not do the service because it appeared it had never been cleaned before. My biggest complaint is that the coupon and ad did not mention that this was for "routine maintenance only". However, the gentleman was very polite and said I would have no problem having my money refunded by Angie's List.

He was on time, professional, courteous, efficient, and got the job done. The dryer wasn't working well, and after he was gone, it worked fine. I asked him back to clean my ducts throughout the house.

Went well. It's a dryer vent - I would hire this company again.

I highly recommend Your Duct Guy. I wanted my dryer vent cleaned (as I was concerned there was a blockage) and of all the inquiries I sent out, YDG was the first to respond, and quickly (I mean mere hours later)! After setting up a date for the cleaning via Angie's List messaging, he communicated with me right away when we had to reschedule due to an unforeseen emergency. When he arrived at my house, he was friendly and professional and got right to work. Thankfully I did not have a blockage and since the duct was so short, he even gave my husband and I a discount. From beginning to end, the process was easy, and there was lots of communication. Would absolutely use again in the future and recommend to others as well. Thanks for a great job, YDG!

Two men came out for the work and they arrived on time. When they came out, they determined that there was more of a problem than just needing the dryer vent cleaned. They went to get the part for me and came back to install it that day. The job took between five and six hours from start to finish. They cleaned up after completing the job. They were terrific and really efficient. Everything turned out very well!

They had a prior job that took longer than expected so my day was basically shot waiting for them. The charge was a bit xtra because it took longer than expected and I got the feeling they wanted me to save my coupon for the next time rather than use it for the work done but I used it anyway.

There were no troubles with scheduling and no additional fees beyond the cost of the deal. They were punctual to the appointment. They sent out two guys for the job and they were both polite. One was them very friendly and careful. However, the other technician was not as careful and he left a lot of marks on the wall after we just had our walls painted before moving in. I have not yet let them know of the damages. The quality of the work was fine.

It was good. They did what they were suppose to do. They were efficient and quick. There was no trace that they were here after they left. The price was great.

We purchased a deal on Angie's List for a dryer vent cleaning. This service needed to be done at our rental property. The company reached out quickly to schedule an appointment. The day of the scheduled appointment, I called the company to see if they could possibly reschedule to accommodate our tenants that were moving out. They were very accommodating to our needs and very pleasant to work with. According to our renters, the service appointment went well. Overall, it was very easy to work with this company.

Very professional; showed pictures of clean vents, taking with phone camera down the vents. Did a very thorough job and Levi was a friendly and professional technician. The technician was here for 6 hours and thoroughly cleaned all vents in our 1500 square foot home.

Very well. Our appointment was later in the afternoon but they had a cancelation so they came much earlier which was great for us. They called before hand to let us know they were coming. The tech estimated about 4 hours of work which it was 4 hours. He had to make the duct pieces by hand since they don't make that size duct anymore. He did a terrific job. Cost was what he said it would be. All around great experience. Would definitely use again and recommend them.

There really should be grades higher than "A" for me to give an accurate rating to the job that was done. Both Levin and Carlos arrived promptly at 7:00 AM and were immediately on the job performing the tasks by 7:05 AM. To say they did an excellent job would be an understatement - they did an outstanding job. Levin showed me and explained everything they were going to do and I must say I was quite embarrassed at how duty my heater and duct work were. My duct work now is totally spotless as it should be with the amount of effort they put in. My duct work had NEVER been sealed properly which left the basement very cool or hot depending on the season with all the air that escaped the ductwork in the basement and thus resulting in the upstairs being hot in the summer and cold in the winter. I sit here now in my bedroom and cannot believe how cool it is. I cannot believe how little air that now escapes my ductwork in the basement, I am thrilled with the results. The last thing I would like to add is about Levin and Carlos themselves - what professional and courteous gentlemen they are. My overall impression of their job is "WOW" and I am congratulating myself of picking such an outstanding firm. Not only would I recommend these two gentlemen to any of my friends and family - I would insist that they hire them to do the job. They certainly earned a permanent place in my address book. Lastly I would say for the price of the job I definitely came out on top - very reasonable for all the work they had to perform. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

They did a good job. We didn't have much stuff in the vent, but we got good tips on how to improve our existing setup. Also gave information on something more efficient that they could provide if we want it in the future.

The Your Duct Guys were very nice and professional, they just did not have the proper equipment to reach our dryer vents as we are on the second floor, so they could not complete the service. they said we needed to find another company.

I was not able to get this scheduled in time so I am seeking a refund.

Went right to work and even replaced all of the tape where the vent pipes connected to one another. He even tried to install a new vent cover on the outside of the house but because of the roof line of my sun room there wasn't enough room.
