They confirmed the tech was scheduled to come and could come earlier if I wanted to.They came and cleaned dryer. Looked like they did a good job, they had required tools with them. They also gave good advize.

They did a fine job-- very professional, personable, and outstanding company. There was one duct loose initially but Lenny came back out to fix the issue. I signed up for them to come out every six months to service the heater and condenser and would be more than happy to have them perform service for me again.

It was fine. I did not have any problems with them. They did a very small job. They were not pushy. They did not try to sell me something on the spot They gave me tips and hints for things in the future. They were very educational and tried to teach me points about how the unit ran.

The service provided was absolutely fine - the technician was nice, courteous and did a good job. However the appointment was rescheduled more than once at the last minute, which can be frustrating. On the day he arrived he was also 45 minutes late, only calling to inform me after the time he was supposed to arrive. I would probably find another provider not because the quality of work is inferior, but that scheduling was a headache.

They were very professional and courteous. They explained things very well and took extra care with our brand new floor and trim where they had to remove the vents and returns. They cleaned everything up when they finished. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others

They were polite and professional . Very neat, wore booties over their shoes. I was asked to inspect the work prior to leaving. Turn around time less than an hour. I was so pleased I wish they did other areas of repair. They said hopefully they will soon.

At first they did not contact me after I bought the Angie's list deal for $59. I contacted them, and they responded immediately. I think they were swamped by the number of sales, and they could not come for a few weeks. The day they were scheduled to come, there was a 2 hour window. They missed by 2 hours (late), and did not call until just before they were to arrive. Once they got here, they were excellent. They cleaned the dryer vent thoroughly - outside and inside, and noticed that the duct wasn't connected to my dryer properly - replaced it - and did not charge extra. They were consciously trying to make up for their lateness and were very apologetic. They were meticulous with their work and also their clean-up. 3 men were here - one outside and 2 inside. It was a fantastic deal for all they did. I highly recommend them for their work, and hope that they will improve on their communication. I'm sure they cannot anticipate the length of each job, as they do run into unexpected things, but a call to tell me they were going to be so late would have been appreciated.

One of the owners meticulously cleaned the furnace whIle two others cleaned the ducts. I could see and smell the difference!

It worked out well. He was very professional. Showed us what to do to prevent problems. He took care of a bird nest in the duct at no additional charge.

They were to be here between 4PM and 6PM and they showed up at 7:30PM. We have a long dryer vent run so they at first gave me a hard and said it was a long run and the vent was not cleaned in awhile so it would be extra. i think the guys were real tired. I had bought an Angies list special and told them it should be covered in the price. In the end, they did a good job and the dryer works great now

They were supposed to have called to schedule the appointment by 11/11/2014. I never received a call or any other communications from the company. They took my money and never performed the service. This is also my first experience with Angie's List and if this is the way things operate, it will likely be my last. First impressions are lasting impressions.

Levin, Carlos, and Carmello came and immediately covered their shoes so as not to track in any dirt. The dyer is on the second floor. When Levin looked at how the dryer was vented, he showed us why it was dangerous and said we should have new venting. He said we could go to Home Depot or Lowes, buy it, and install it ourselves or that they could do it. We chose for them to do it which was done after the vent was cleaned. Then Levin climbed into the attic and took pictures of how the vent was not attached properly there. He took it apart, replaced it, and attached it properly. Both problems could have been a fire hazard. The three men were here for 90 minutes so we felt that the $149 (including parts and labor) was very fair. They cleaned everything up perfectly before they left.

The technicians were excellent--they were all very professional and friendly. Before I could even ask them, they put on booties and would remove and put back on each time they had to go outside. That spoke volumes to me. Levin was the lead tech. Carlos and the other tech assisted (I did not get the name of the other tech). These guys were great and I will most certainly be using them in the future and most certainly will be recommending to friends and family for dryer vent cleaning and any other service they provide. We had originally purchased the $59.00 dryer vent cleaning special, however there was most definitely more work than anticipated and a small and very reasonable additional charge was added. Very honest company and workers.

I was called and advised that they were running a little behind schedule. 15 - 20 minutes later they arrived and went straight to work after apologizing for the delay. Job was completed swiftly and whatever debris was cleaned up. It was pointed out that the type of vent that I currently had allowed small unwelcomed critters access to the duct. In his hand he showed me an example of what he was referring to. I asked if he had time to replace the vent and he obliged.

air was getting by causing condequick version. took an hour and half to realize there was a clog. (they made the clog worse, before they came everything was working. after they left dryer wasnt drying clothes.. brand new dryer wasnt the problem) spent 10 minutes trying to clear that clog, before doing so they told me there would be a small upcharge for the time it took them. after 10 minutes of clearing the clog that they must have made worse than before because the dryer vent was clear enough to dry clothes before they came and wasnt after they left. they originally tried to tell me there was a break in the line which is why they couldnt clear it.. they ran the camera and there was no break. when they said they were done they handed me a bill which was more than double the original cost. i explained this was too much, they got irate and wouldnt let me speak to management. i was willing to pay a portion of the upcharge. but double what the service cost? no thanks. they stated the manager would just yell and scream at them and they would just deal with him later. i started getting emails from the manager thru angies list and blaming me and my duct work for his guys taking so long. he didnt care to listen to anything i was trying to explain and was very rude and arrogant. instead of working out a price to compensate the extra time he was extremely rude and therefore got nothing. here is the catch.. thank goodness i didnt pay them anymore money. after a couple attempts to do laundry. clothes were just not getting dry. i then noticed water leaving out of one elbow of ductwork in a closet in the basement and then a water mark in a drywalled ceiling in the basement. after cutting it open, i learned there was a clog still in there and air getting thru. causing condensation so bad that i had to cut up my ceiling. after disconnecting the line at the elbows i was able to clear out the clog they caused. and now everything is working the way it should. in the end this cost me more than a reg service provider without a discount would have cost me. and i am sure the ducts wouldve been cleared like they should have been the first time cause ive never had this problem before.

We had an appointment set and they were supposed to call us before coming out to do the work. They never contacted us or performed the work. We are working with Angie's List to get the work rescheduled.

Originally, the company scheduled Nov. 4th afternoon to clean the duct work, I called several times, they finally rescheduled me to Nov. 25th. When the technician was here this morning, he said the ducts are too dirty for me to redeem the voucher I purchased through Angie's list, he promised me he would talk to the office and call me back half hour to give me the estimate on the deep clean. But I never received any phone calls. Please issue the full refund, thanks!

It went well and we were satisfied. We’ve continued using him. They were very thorough and clean, and provided answers to all the questions that we had. They were also very prompt and called ahead at least half an hour. Levine is outstanding. We’ve recommended him to a few of our family members as well.

Your Duct Guy stays very busy with their $59 dollar specials they run. I waited about 4 weeks before I could get an appointment. this is a second story vent on the exterior of my house. I initially thought it might be too high for them to get to. On there way they stated I lived just outside there 60 mile service area. I did as I lived about 64 miles from there office in north Philadelphia. They did make it, but they looked and said the vent was possibly too high. Luckily I had other contractors here working on another project with a very large commercial extension ladder. The gentlemen from Your Duck Gut were able to use their ladder and also attach a new screen I had purchased. They didn't charge me anything to put the 4 screws and new screen on. I thought that was very nice and added to the value of my experience with them.
