It went well. They were very professional and helpful. I hve a blockage of some sort in the exterior part of the dryer vent which they were not able to access. However they did everything possible to clear the vent so I could safely operate the dryer.

Cleaned the dryer vent and also vacuumed up the debris from the vent.

YDG stopped on time and finished the job rather quick. Duct was cleaned and they put stuffs back to its original place. Great service, will use again.

I originally bought the "special" which was advertised as an entire house duct cleaning for $169. It sounded like a good deal. There were some restrictions on it, such as how many supply vents, return vents, etc. I had assumed since we have a relatively small house (barely 2000sf, which includes the basement) that it wouldn't be an issue. I honestly should have read it better, because it only allows for one return vent. I don't know how any house could only have one return vent, but maybe some do. Long story short, you are charged an additional 20 dollars for every return vent. This meant for us, since we had 6 return vents, the final cost was 60% higher than the "special". I would have rated the overall service and experience much higher if the cost was more transparent. I guess I felt tricked. Oh well, next time I will stay away from "specials" and get estimates ahead of time.

I originally called because I had a tear in my dryer vent. It wasn't an emergency, but I wanted to get it taken care of as soon as possible. I called and they fit me in the same day for an appointment. The dryer vent was replaced efficiently. We had also been concerned about the strange venting ever since we purchased the house, and they figured out the problem immediately. They discovered that the dryer vent was vented out of the same exhaust vent as the powder room vent and that there was a clog. Your Duct Guy separated them so the dryer and powder room each have there own exhaust vent and cleaned out what I would assume was years of lint build up! I appreciated their thorough work and professionalism. In addition, they cleaned up everything before they left. I plan to have my HVAC vents cleaned out within the next 6-12 months, and I will definitely use Your Duct Guy.

It was excellent. Scheduling was easy. He explained everything well and everything was fine.

The service was fine. He performed the service that I asked him to do and he did alright but nothing spectacular. I was not expecting the additional cost for the service as he said there were other things stuck there and he had to go higher than normal into the pipe.

They arrived on time and called before they pulled into the driveway. They pointed out to me, the poor connection between the vent hose and my dryer, which was the reason so much lint was being deposited all over the back of the dryer, floor and wall. The existing vent hose was longer than necessary and had become clogged with lint due to the sagging parts of the hose. The vent hose was removed, a new, sturdier hose was attached and the back of the dryer, wall and floor were cleaned. The window vent to the outside was inspected from the inside and the outside and it was determined that this end of the hose was in good working order. The "Your Duct Guy" workers were courteous, clean, polite and gave me peace of mind.

Had to reschedule once due to weather. 2nd appointment was late arriving, however, they called ahead to inform me that they would be late and gave me an accurate ETA. Friendly crew. Effecient. Clean up could have been a little better. Overall...satisfied with work performed.

It went very well. They were on time and explained everything they were going to do. I had to paid an extra $59 because the length of my duct work for the dryer was longer than normal. I was find with this. They took the duct work apart down stairs and cleaned both sides of the duct work. They then cleaned the dryer vent in my dryer. They noticed the wrong cap was on my dryer vent outside and that was causing some of my problem with the air flow. They ask if I wanted it replace with the correct cap and they could do it while they were here. Showed me the cap that was outside vent and the one that should have been on it and I could see the differences. I had them put the correct cover on the outside part of the dryer duct work. Drying time has decreased on the dryer with the new cover on it. Highly recommend them to clean your dryer duct work and vent.

It was good. He came out when he said he would and didn't charge us any more. My dislike was that the vent was clean but the then the hose came unattached from the wall and we had to reattach it ourselves; he didn't come back when we called him.

They were great: Polite and professional. They called just before they arrived at the specified time. They could not have been nicer or more professional. My HOA had notified me that the outside duct was broken and I paid a friend (who does this kid of work) $90 to fix it. Turns out my friend changed the wrong vent and it was still clogged and a fire hazard. "Your Duct Guy" fixed it all and spent a long time making sure it was right. I could not have been more pleased with them.

Very prompt, very tidy, very thorough job. Something I will definitely call upon them again every couple of years.

It went beautifully. Lenny first gave an estimate, at which time he measured the vent opening for my furnace and told me he'd give me a custom lifelong furnace filter free of charge. I figured he'd forget but, sure enough, a week later, the filter arrived. A few days later, Lenny gave me a call on the day he was to clean the vents to let me know he could come early. I was delighted. He and his assistant showed up quite promptly, and they finished all of the work in the amount of time Lenny had estimated and for the price he originally quoted. My vents and ductwork had never been cleaned (a 100 year old three story house) and they were an ugly mess, to say the least--thick with hair, dust, and lord knows what. But after several hours of systematic, meticulous cleaning Lenny and his assistant made them shine. The air actually feels different (and smells very nice), and the furnace and dryer work much better. No more hairy vents! I was lucky, in fact, that I hadn't had a fire given how clogged my vents were and most particularly my dryer vent. Lenny and his assistant also patiently disassembled my ten year old furnace and cleaned each piece of it, including washing off the blower motor, so that the entire thing was gleaming and looked like a new furnace. They took apart my dryer as well, and it too looks (and works as if it's) brand new. Along with doing superb work, they are as neat and tidy as can be. They laid down a clean piece of tarp to put their equipment on, and tidied up as they went along. I was expecting a house swimming with dust motes, but they actually caught all the dust right at the opening of each vent. They took their time to ensure they cleaned it beautifully, and they left the house in much better shape than it was when they arrived. I'd hire this company again in a heartbeat and in fact have signed up for regular annual service. Last but not least, Lenny is a very nice person who takes pictures as he goes along and explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. At no time did I feel pressured; instead, I felt like I learned a great deal about this whole business.

Very professional. Scheduled appointment 2 weeks in advance for an 8 to 10 timeslot. Provider phoned at 8:30 and let me know they would arrive at 9:15. The provider arrived at 9:15 and phoned to ask if OK to pull in driveway. They pointed out tips/ suggestions during the visit and completed the task in approximately 1/2 hour. The dryer was not working well because a birds nest was in the vent and blocking air flow. After cleaning the dryer vent, the dryer works as good as new. Excellent job. Left site very clean. I would highly recommend the provider.
