There was a crack in the AC pan which leaked water onto the motor. I couldn't use my AC until it was fixed. This problem was discovered by Your Duct Guy and he recommended someone. That person ended up being so terrible, he did not return to complete the job. I called Your Duct Guy and he came back to help me even though this was not his area. Very professional and responsive and follows through with commitments.

We responded to an ad on Angie's List for dryer vent cleaning. The work was completed when promised and we are very satisfied with what was done.

AMAZING!! I could not have asked for better service!! They promptly responded to my request for service, set up a date for Luciana, the Field Manager, to come out and assess the work to be done. Luciana is VERY sweet, yet totally professional. We set up the date for the cleaning to be done. Her boss called that morning to tell me that she was running late with the earlier job; I was pleased with his being so courteous and thoughtful. She actually showed up 1/2 hour past her original expected time! Luciana and two other ladies worked almost invisibility as they whirled throughout the house THOROUGHLY cleaning everything in sight. Better than that, as each one finished cleaning a room, she moved the furniture and accessories back in place as if she were staging it for the realtors' videos. That made the rooms look even fresher and more inviting. (And yet, I didn't feel that my toiletries were in disarray.) I could NOT ask for a more user-friendly, professional, thorough, worth-every-penny cleaning service -- and I look forward to having them back on a regular basis.

They didn't respond to my purchase. Had to contact Angie's List Customer Service. Then it cost me more than expected.

We've used Your Duct Guy before and will use the company in the future. Everything went smoothly ...except the scheduling. I had purchased a discount coupon for the job from Angie's List. Angie's List emailed me to tell me that the company would call me to schedule. They never did. When I called them, they said that they don't have the time or resources to follow up the Angie's List coupons and that they wait for the customer to call them. I think the problem lies as much with Angie's List as it does with Your Duct Guy. They do seem to be a small company and I can understand their point of view. It would be better in a case like this if Angie's List had a mechanism to notify purchasers that they should call the company to schedule. As it was, they came a day later than originally scheduled, but the were good about communicating with us, so it really wasn't a big deal. They do excellent work and are friendly and professional.

Never heard from anyone. At first inquiry, was told I would be hearing from someone shortly. After all of three of my suggested appointment dates came and went, asked for refund.

The women did such a great job, going above and beyond to make our house sparkle. I found the price to be incredibly reasonable for the amount of time spent and attention to detail showed by this company. I will definitely be using them again when I have guests coming over!

After an initial problem with the service not getting performed, the vendor went out of his way to ensure our housecleaning was done before our wedding. They did an exceptional job and went out of their way to get the job done in time. Well done and thank you!

The cleaning went well. They found that the dryer was not properly hooked up the the duct in the back of the machine so they installed a new connecter for $85.

Great, they were fast and efficient.

Upon initial inspection, they found that the pipe came apart in my basement, so the dryer was venting into the basement and not outside. They fixed the pipe, cleaned up the area where the vented dust was, and thoroughly cleaned the full vent. The unexpected pipe work added an additional $80 to the initial cleaning offer (which had been paid). The entire process was completed in about an hour.

They rescheduled twice due to snow but the third appointment took place. They did a fine job cleaning behind the dryer. They remarked on the hose, and recommended a better way to connect to machine and duct. The price seemed reasonable and they were able to complete it in under an hour. It looked much better when they were done.

These girls were great and i will most certainly will be using them again for my weekly cleanings and most certainly will be recommending to friends and family for house cleaning and any other service they provide. The 2 girls were here for about 120 minutes so we felt the $179 deal for 2000sq.ft house was very fair due to the quality of the service. Maria e Vera cleaned all my house perfectly and i am so happy with the results. Will pass their name on for sure.

I thought it went well. It was the first time I had the service done. The two professionals were prompt, courteous, worked quickly and carefully. They were honest about it being a light job for them because the ducts weren't very dirty. They offered helpful advice about the types and timing of particular HVAC cleanings.
