Levin and Carlos were highly professional and knowledgeable. They walked through our house with us and identified opportunities to improve our airflow efficiency at no additional cost. They were very thorough with the cleaning but accurate about the time it would take to complete. One of the things that stood out to me the most was how respectful they were to our house and our things - they wore booties and gloves and cleaned after themselves as they moved through the house. I would recommend them to friends and use them again (but hopefully won't have to!).

Tech cleaned out a fire hazard with so much lint in the machine and its parts.

They did a good job cleaning the dryer and I will be using them again next year. It did cost $30 extra to have the hose corrected.

While it was a bit difficult to get the service scheduled - took a number of phone calls - the service performed was excellent. They arrived on time and performed the service efficiently. They noticed that the outside cover for my dryer vent needed replaced and offered to do that at a reasonable cost. They people who performed the service were professional and courteous. I would recommend this company.

It went well. It was excellent; they were clean, they were efficient and they did what they said they were going to do.

They showed up at the early part of the arrival window. They put booties over their shoes right away, which is great since my house is "no shoes". They asked me to show them where the dryer was, the duct, and where it exited. Within maybe 15 minutes they were done. They explained what they did and were extremely polite. I can't wait to use them again.

Went very well, the technicians were very professional and pleasant and took the time to put on booties every time they came in and out of the house. Aside from cleaning the the dryer thoroughly they carefully cleaned behind the washer and dryer. They did good work and I feel the the price paid was fair.

We got the $169 duct-cleaning deal. Good communication, arrived on time, did the work: Thumbs up. They did want to upsell us to have the heater and coil cleaned for a few hundred more. We didn't do it, but I don't doubt they were right about the need since I don't think anyone had serviced any of the HVAC system in years.

It did take a few weeks to get scheduled. The technician explained that I needed the vent line replaced. I had them complete the job. They were very neat and thorough. Two technicians completed the work in about hour. It went very well overall.

I was extremelly impressed with this company. i was expecting them to upsell me for services i did not require and they did not do that. They were stuck in traffic and they kept me informed ahead of time. I was very impressed with this company.

Because of inclement weather, they had to reschedule my original appointment. Then they had a cancellation and were able to come out sooner than the rescheduled date, which I really appreciated. They advised me that it would be a good idea to replace the hose because it had been at least four years since I had done that (the last person who serviced the dryer vent told me that I did not need to have it done more often than every 3 to 4 years), which I agreed to do. Then they did a very thorough job of cleaning out the vent and they also cleaned the accumulated lint under the dryer as well. (I used to do that myself when other providers were servicing the vent and they had the dryer pulled out from the wall, but the Duct Guy servicemen did it for me as part of their service.) They were very respectful and let me know exactly what they were doing. They left my laundry room cleaner than when they came and I will definitely plan to use them again.

They were very professional, clean and thorough. They worked at my rental house and my home. There is a very long duct run with a couple of turns which most likely contributed to the problem. They thoroughly cleaned everything and replaced a section with new flex duct. They also cleaned the dryer vent at my home. I will definitely recommend them and use them again.

It turned out fine and it worked out well. There were no additional charges apart from the $59 big deal. They were very profession and were nice. They did their job very efficiently. They took pictures before and after. They were very informative and very nice. The quality of the ducts are great after they did the service. They cleaned up after themselves. We wound up not working together because the provider was running about a month behind and I needed service performed sooner. We communicated via e-mail and the provider was very professional and responsive.
