I'm very happy with the service provided. They cleaned the dryer duct, cleaned underneath my dryer (which was a mess), and also noticed that the duct wasn't attached properly in the basement and took care of that for me without charging extra.

I waited for the vendor to show up but at 3 o'clock they called and said they were running late and would be there in another hour. I live alone and don't feel comfortable with workmen in my house after 5. I cancelled the appointment. When I got back in touch with them they didn't have any idea how I was and had no record of my first appointment. I recapped the situation for them and they told me I shouldn't get mad at them because scheduling mixups happen and if I was unhappy with their services I could use someone else. I told them I would but I had already paid for this service. They told me to get a refund from Angie's List so I am going to. If you are looking for a professional company to do work for you DON"T use these people. They confirmed the appointment the same day and then called 3 hours late to tell me they would be 4 hours late. When I called to give them another chance they rudely told me to get a refund. Clearly customer service is not their priority.

I was very happy with the work that Carlos and Levin did. They arrived promptly and went to work. They kept me fully informed as they were working, and asked me to then review the work they had done. My dryer vent had a lot of lint in it, and they were very careful to clean up after themselves. They moved in and out of my garage to get to the laundry room, and cleaned up carefully when they were finished. They did not try to charge me more than what I had agreed to when I booked the cleaning, other than the new vent cover they installed, but I completely agreed to that. My only negative comment is that I had originally called this company months ago to book an appt, and got the answering machine. I left a clear message with my name and phone number, and never heard back from anyone. I had read a few other reviews on Angie's about non-responses, and was going to consider calling another provider. When I called back and left another voicemail, I was pleasantly surprised that I was called back later the same day to set up an appointment. Hopefully, this past issue has been corrected by Your Duct Guy, and I will absolutely use them again, and have already recommended them to my neighbor. thank you!

Really impressed with these guys. I got the Angie's List Big Deal, and at first I was a little annoyed because they were so busy they scheduled me for a date 3 weeks away and my dryer was already so clogged it barely ran. It was worth the wait though. They came with a team of 3 guys and were done in under an hour. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived, and were very friendly. They gave me some suggestions for improvements (a birdproof cover on the vent and a new hose) and said either they could do it or I could go to home depot and do it myself for $20. I appreciated not being given a hard sell on upgrades. Will definitely be using these guys again.

Your Duct Guy is an incredible value if you are able to take advantage of the deals they run through Angie's List. The two workers that should up were very professional, showed up on time and worked hard. They cleaned all 13 vents in our condo that we recently purchased and they were in bad shape due to the fact that they had not been cleaned for more than 30 years. So pleased with the value and the end result..

The men that came out did their job quickly and efficiently. I will be using them again.

Guys did such a better job then my previous guy, who was in and out in 15 minutes. I have just moved to a new house and I could see the lint caked up on the exterior vent exit. The line wasn't attached to the wall, so they supplied a new hose and connection. There was open access at the exterior vent they supplied a birdcage to prevent bird nests. They thoroughly cleaned 10 feet of line to outside with wire cleaner attached to a drill. Very happy to have a safe and functioning dryer( I bet the clothes will dry faster too). Will recommend and use again.

It went well. I have to say that there was improvement in my drying time, just not as much as I thought there would be. There could be something else with the dryer

the men were very professional, and quick. They did a great job and fixed something that had been troubling me since I purchased the house, the vent area leading to the outside of the house was poorly managed and I could see daylight. they caulked that up and put a new exterior cover. They are nice hard working men and deserved to be tipped well too.

Very professional workers who take their job seriously. I had not had the dryer vent cleaned for many many years and the area behind the dryer was coated with lint buildup, even going up the walls. They explained that a large part of the problem was the hose was not properly connected to the dyer. They spent a long time cleaning up the buildup, cleaning the vent inside and out, replaced the dryer hose and installed a cover outside to prevent birds entering. Each step of the way, I was shown "before" and "after" results. It was a completely respectful encounter. I was impressed with their efficiency and job knowledge. They were very respectful of my home. Such peace of mind to go home tonight with no worries of my dryer catching fire! Would definitely recommend these guys! They get straight A's all the way. I rated a B for responsiveness because it is sometimes difficult to get a hold of them. But just leave a message, OR you can email them. They WILL get back to you. It is worth it!

I was extremely happy. They came out right away. They were very polite, neat and professional. He even wore booties. He was able to remove the tool right away and helped me put the dryer back. I would recommend this company to many and will use again myself.

Found Your Duct Guy from one of the "Big Deals". Although the deal was limited to only 12 vents and one return, the cost for the extra vents was still a comparable price. Two guys arrived when expected. They made sure they put their booties on before entering the house. They spent several hours cleaning all of the ducts, plus the dryer vent. They were both friendly and professional. Since this type of service is different from other services, such as painting a room, you really can't tell the quality of the job (not easy to see within the entire duct system). However, I was able to see the dryer vent and it looks clean. I even got some advice on the best type of air filter to use on my heating system (to prevent dirt from getting into the ducts). I would consider using this company again.

I received a courtesy call prior to their arrival. The time frame of their arrival was scheduled between 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. They arrived at approximately 8:45 a.m. They were very professional and answered all my questions. Did an excellent job cleaning my heating system. They showed me before and after photos of my heater. I was shocked to see the difference. I purchased a good quality filter from the company that I can easily clean myself every 6 months. The filter is even dishwasher safe if I don't feel like hosing it down. The men did a fantastic job cleaning my air ducts throughout the house and the deodorizer smells amazing. I also needed to have several air ducts sealed in the basement due to age. They told me that I was just throwing money out the window because all of my heat was escaping basically around my heater. The guys finished the work within 5 hours and they cleaned everything up. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

These guys were the epitome of great customer service. There was a minor rescheduling issue, but it was resolved easily. On the rescheduled date, they came out on time and cleaned out the dryer vent pipe and the internal vent in the dryer. Amazing how much dirt and dust they got out of there. They were very professional and offered a few helpful suggestions. I would definitely use them again.

They did a fine job cleaning the vents, but the flap is loose, and now every time the wind catches it it makes a loud noise inside the house. I would like it if they would come back and adjust that for me.

I had a pleasure to have my dryer serviced by Lewin and Carlos (Philadelphia area). An hour prior to the appointment they called and confirmed their arrival time. When they came to my door, they were about to put on the shoe covers, but I told them it was not necessary. They proceeded to laundry room and started to work. First, Lewin carefully pulled out the dryer form the wall and vacuumed the lint on the floor. Then, he disconnected the dryer exhaust duct tube from the wall and the dryer and showed it to me, as it was completely filled with lint buildup. He told me about the risk of the lint buildup catching fire and advised me to have my vents regularly cleaned once a year. Lewin vacuumed the lint from inside of the ducts, while Carlos was getting ready to clean the exterior dryer vent by special attachment brush he put on the drill. When the interior ducts were clean, Carlos started cleaning them from outside. These guys were very thorough and explained to me every step. I decided to opt for a new foil exhaust duct tube, which as Lewin explained to me consisted of 5 layers of very sturdy foil material, able to withstand the heat much better than any store bought. It cost me additional $30 plus the removal of the few years-worth of lint buildup (not the regular vent cleaning procedure I paid for on Angie's list) was another $50. But it was completely worth it, as a properly working dryer and a peace of mind justify the cost. At the end Lewin vacuumed all the remaining debris on the floor and outside. It took an hour for both Lewin and Carlos to rid my dryer vent of all the buildup it accumulated for the past few years. I am very happy with the service these two very thorough and hardworking employees provided. I will definitely use their services again next year.

There were no additional charges. There was a recommendation about the further services if we choose to do an upgrade. I like the responsiveness. He was very nice to deal with and he was quick. He didn't try to add any other services beyond what we purchased.
