There was some back and forth in setting up the date and the time. But once agreed, the servicemen called in advance, arrived on time, and within 90 minutes had the dryer spinning. They cleaned up the space they worked in. Everything was professionally done.

The service was good, but it took them almost two months to come out and fix it.

I purchase the Angie List Deal (approx. 169.00) to clean vents. First appointment was cancelled because they were running late and I could not continue to wait. I rescheduled on a day when they do not work (maybe I got date mixed up not sure) so I had to reschedule a second time (over 3 weeks for an opening). They never showed for the appointment despite my multiple phone calls and leaving messages, they never returned my calls. I requested a refund from Angie's list since I never received the service. I do not recommend this company in the future.

Two fellas arrived on time. Worked well as a team. Efficient. Friendly. Items, like register covers, some furniture, that had to be removed/moved were put back in place. Work areas were left clean and neat.

After couple of rescheduled appointments, crew showed up on time. Process only took about 1 hour, and that included installation of new, outdoor vent cover (old one disintegrated in tech's hands). I have no idea how many years of lint were in that dryer vent-hose but it all came out and was cleaned up. NO evidence of lint was left. Technician used shoe booties when he entered the house, too. The crew was neat, efficient, polite, and fast.

It went wonderfully. We are having a dryer delivered Friday and wanted to replace the vent before it came. I contacted Your Duct Guy and he was able to come the next day. Right on time and service was great. They had to make a hole in the ceiling to access the duct and they were very courteous to talk to us and tell us why and they were able to do it in the laundry room. They knew we really didn't want the hole in the kitchen ceiling. After, they patched it up very nicely putting the piece back and sealing it with duct tape. Doesn't look bad at all and since it had to be done the laundry room was the perfect place. So, they came, they saw, they conquered. Very pleased with this company and I would use them again.

I had a real hard time getting them to schedule. I had to call multiple times to get them to schedule and send emails to them. It took like 3 weeks to get hold of them. When they did come out, I assume they did a great job, they did not leave any paperwork or anything to say, here's what we did. And I actually needed a piece of paperwork to show my association to approve that I did the job so I had to call them again. So I never received a receipt for the services after when they were done. I wasn't there when they came but they dealt with my mother but she seemed to think there was no problem and that they didn't make a mess.

Went great. Dryer was on 2nd floor. There were no issues with them going up an cleaning the vent from outside. Would use them again.

They were running late with other calls but they called and rescheduled for the same day at at time that was convenient for our family. They did an excellent job.

I bought the dryer vent cleaning service on Oct 13th and called them to schedule service. Their first availability was Oct 28th so I scheduled them to come out and perform the cleaning on that day. Unfortunately it started raining so I called them to re-schedule. I told them then that I have to get the cleaning done by end of November due to lease. The first availability was Nov 10 and so we agreed on that date. But again, it started to rain. So I called them. This time the date they gave was Dec 2nd. So I requested them to see if there is any other possibility as I had to complete the cleaning by end of November. I asked them if there is something that can be done to help customers like me who have a deadline and have already re-scheduled two times with weeks going by. I asked them if they could make an exception and maybe create backup slots for customers like me whose appointments have been re-scheduled multiple times. Their response was "well, you should have started on it two months ago to account for issues like this and its not out problem" Now I completely understand that weather plays a big part in these kind of services and I have had other situations where the vendor is willing to help you out. But this is the first time that instead of politely refusing to accommodate a customer's request, they instead start blaming the customer for the issue. To give you another example, I also have scheduled a carpet cleaning service with another vendor and they were happy to give me a backup time slot in case the original time slot was not met - due to rain or something else. Anyway, I called Angie's list and asked for refund of my service. I then called another company and they were able to schedule me for Nov 14th literally 4 days after I called them.

Techs were polite and knowledgeable and made good recommendations for future care.

This is a rental property I own I hired Professional Air Duct Cleaners to clean the vents, but they recommend I replace them for safety reasons. So we had that done my renter was very happy with their work. Their price was very reasonable for the replacement cost.

service itself went well. my apt was scheduled for 11-2 pm, they called at 130 stating they would be later, by 3. At 2 they called & stated that it would be closer to 4. At 445 they called & stated they were in traffic, finally arrived at 530. Once they were here, everything went well. However, if I didn't work from home, I would have given them a worse review, but bc I didn't, I would access at fair. BC once they were here, they were in & out, very nice, apologetic & professional.

Service was scheduled for between 10-1 on Sept 1. Provider arrived within scheduled time window. Provider went right to work cleaning out the dryer vent from the outside. They then came inside and starting cleaning the dryer itself. I stayed in the basement so I could watch want was being done. The provider did not do a thorough job, explaining that the vent space of the dryer was too narrow. I complained because I didn't feel like I was getting the service that I paid for. The provider went and got some tool from his van and was able to clean the dryer vent more thoroughly and to my satisfaction.

Unfortunately, I tried to set up an appointment (after purchasing a Big Deal through Angie's List) to have our dryer vent cleaned, but I ended up just getting my money refunded from Angie's List. I had set up a time for the cleaning and was given a three-hour time window. Near the end of that time window, the vendor called and said his crew was running very late because of complications at another appointment and might not be able to come at all (or come very late in the evening). Although annoyed at having to be home during that time window, I understand that these things happen once in awhile. So, I offered to re-schedule for another day. He gave me a two-hour time window of 1-3pm. At 3:00, I called and left a message. He called back to say the window was now 2-5pm, and it would be closer to 5:00 because he had more complications. At 6:00pm, he hadn't shown up, so I called him again. He called back at 6:15 to say that they were finishing a job at a place that is 30-40 minutes from our house. I didn't want them coming while we were eating dinner, so that was not an option. We re-scheduled again, but then I noticed that Angie's Big Deals only have a 30-day Guaranteed Refund period -- after 30 days, they will not guarantee refunds if something goes wrong. The third date was beyond that 30-day period, so I decided to cancel the appointment and just get my money back. This vendor might do good work, but if he can't manage his schedule and causes clients to wait around for nothing (especially more than once), that is not acceptable to me.

It was necessary to reroute the vent in order to have a fully function vent. They were neat, polite, and more importantly my dryer is drying my clothes again! Thank you Leven and Lucas I'll be contacting you soon to have my house duct work cleaned. You were terrific.

He was very neat and professional. He troubleshooted the problem and fixed it as soon as he identified the problem. He said that we could also do a more expensive fix, but said that removing the screen would fix the problem. It did.

It was a great experience. The technicians arrived on time, were very professional, made me aware of additional services that needed to be performed but did not 'hard sell'. When I said that I wasn't interested in having anything additional work done, they were respectful of my decision.

These guys are GREAT and we would definitely use them again. The entire service ended up costing almost $200 which is about $120 more than the cleaning service we paid for but totally worth it. The guys pulled out at least 10-15 years worth of dust, etc. We're very glad they came out and were ale to fix things - this was a fire waiting to happen... We moved into our house about 5 years ago [philly row home built around 1860] and never thought about the dryer vent. When the guys came out they pointed out - the exterior vent was completely clogged; little to no actual exterior exhaust - the dryer vent was coiled and pinched under the dryer; little to no actual dryer exhaust - the dryer vent was almost completely disconnected from the exterior exhaust duct; any exhaust was vented in the duct area crawl space They replaced the dryer vent, correctly attached it to the exhaust duct and replaced the exterior vent with a cap and cover. They are thorough and complete, neat and tidy, cost effective. Highly recommended

Arrived on-time and finished the service in 15 minutes. Dryer vent was clean as new, and they picked up all traces of lint on the ground from the cleaning. Great job.

They cleaned the dryer vent as promised. It was a bit of a nasty job because to get to the vent they had to crawl under the porch in kind of messy area, but they popped in there with no complaints.
