Description of Work: We had to reschedule the initial appointment because they were running late. I had no problem with that because I had another contract there doing work who was on time. So when they arrived, they started outside and did what they could. When they returned, they were on time and completed the job professionally. They took off their shoes at the front door because it had rained and I felt that was very thoughtful on their part. They cleaned up after themselves and gave us valuable information about maintenance of our duct system. I would use them again.

I purchased Angie's Big Deal for $59 but upon evaluation the technician discovered the venting system was inadequate and the vent was so clogged that extra work needed to be done. He explained very step and why the extra work needed to be done. When he was finished he showed me exactly what he'd done and how much lint he got out of the vent. I will use Your Duct Guy again - every year for regular cleaning so the system doesn't get clogged again.

Description of Work: We knew that we would need to replace the flexible pipe. It was hanging in multiple places not allowing for the lint to flow through properly. It was really a fire hazard. We feel much safer and the dryer works better.

Description of Work: Ducts might be cleaned but now a good film of dust across my house. I guess having the vacuum in my house means that the dust is spewed throughout the house. Fortunately the housekeeper comes on Friday to clean the house before the ducts will need to be used. I did read about duct cleaning services that keep the vacuums outside. Now I understand why. AND all this at an outrageous price of $444. Teaser intro price.

Description of Work: I bought the current angies list deal of $59 and then paid another $20 for a cage to be put on the vent to prevent birds from nesting in the vent. My neighbor had an issue with birds nesting in the vent last year. The tech was on time and friendly. He wore booties over his shoes. I would use him again.
