The carpet looked great. I did have one spot with a pet odor issue that was not removed. I called the guy the next day and he said he would be there tomorow and make sure it was gone. No questions asked. He wanted to be sure I was happy with it. I really liked his prompt reply and I believe he will take care of the problem. He also said he would leave me some product should there be any further issue
