Description of Work: They do seasonal maintenance on the heating and air conditioning units. They check the level of coolant, refrigerant, they vacuum the unit out and make sure everything is not leaking in any way, and replace the filter.

Description of Work: Big Deal AC check. They were easy to schedule, prompt, and professional. They were also thorough - even cleaned the outside of the AC unit. They provided information and took the time to answer my questions. They even suggested that I use a cheaper filter. Considering doing a annual maintenance plan with them.

Mike has served the needs of our residence for 20 years including emergency work that was always timely and fairly priced. I was happy to give him the replacement work when the old unit gave out. The job was done on time, in full and looks and performs great.
Description of Work: Replace AC compressor and air handler/evaporator for an existing AC system. Run new electrics and plumbing for the installation.
