+ 0 moreSteve wasn't able to start the job until a few weeks after he originally estimated. He said that rainy weather had caused him to take much longer finishing other jobs. He worked alone so it took him a few weeks to finish the job. He is very friendly and is used to dealing with parking issues on difficult streets like mine. Despite the delay in starting and daily progress, Steve's overcoming the other difficulties of location and his friendliness would lead me to recommend him to others. From talking to him, I gathered he does most of his work, interior and exterior, in the 19103, Logan and Rittenhouse Squares area.
Description of Work: After the installation of new windows (by a different contractor) in October 2006 Steve sanded, primed, repaired some wood problem spots, and painted the wood frame and new wood cased windows on the front of my small house (a trinity) in Center City. Steve did 2 coats and used quality paint. He pointed out some cracks in the stucco facade of my house and did minor repairs after asking me.
