+ -1 moreBill answered the phone when I called; didn't have to leave a message, which I like. I called late in the day on Wednesday and he said he could come over on Friday morning at 9AM. I sent him a text message with my address and he responded immediately confirming my appointment and said "Thank you". Friday morning came and he was here early! I told him all the things that needed fixing. I had bought switches and a new light ahead of time. When I told him about the fan he said it may just need cleaning; I even had a new motor in case that too needed replacing. He started right away and did a great job. I appreciate his honesty; I certainly didn't know what was wrong with the fan and he could have said the whole thing needed to be replaced therefore spending more time here/more cost but he didn't. He got the job done in a timely manner. Bill was very personable. Gave me business cards, which I surely will give to anyone who needs any electrical work done. Would I recommend him? ABSOLUTELY 100%
Description of Work: Replaced a light switch in my laundry room. Replaced a light switch and light in my hallway and cleaned the fan in my powder room.
