Meeting Denise and Mario we knew right away the pride they took in the business. From sitting down with Denise, going over everything until the final day of work, we were made to feel like family! I was impressed when they showed up the night before start date to mark everything and then the show began. Myself, as well as a street full of neighbors were impressed with the business. Work ethic means a lot in today's world. Did they every work! Loved seeing Mario right out there with his guys and the respect for each other was evident. CLEAN UP was well done and appreciated. We recently had our driveway redone by Papaneri Concrete. The experience was a 100% overall positive one. The owner Mario was hands on during the process from the point of the estimate through the completion of the job. Besides being very competitively priced, Mario offered suggestion to improve the project that made the result better than originally anticipated. They knocked out the work in 2 days with plenty of staff and state of the art equipment. The work was done professionally, including the clean-up and job wrap up. Mario made sure my landscaping was kept in-tact and re-soiled any area that needed it. He even left a sprinkler to make sure the concrete and landscaping got the water it needed after the job. Mario was on site both days and sent out update pictures so I could be kept up to speed on the progress while at work. Mario and his men did an excellent job replacing our damage driveway. They were knowledgeable and professional from the beginning of the job to the ending. Our driveway was gutted, and in one day they expanded our driveway. Mario and his company took care of all the needed paperwork and explained the process to us step by step. Mario kept us up to date throughout the entier process of replacing driveway. We will be recommending Mario to our friends and families. We are constantly receiving comments from our neighbors and others on our driveway. They are constantly commending us on our driveway.

Mario is a total professional. From beginning to end he made sure we were informed of every step of the process. Denise, the Office Manager, explained the contract details and all the expectations she outlined were met. On the day of the work Mario noticed a few unexpected issues, and while past contractors we have worked with have used this to price gouge, he worked with us and did the extra work at a minimal cost. His crew worked hard and had the job wrapped up in less than 2 days. Couldn't recommend Mario and his Son's more. His price couldn't be beat, and work was never sacrificed. Great family business.

The services was great. I emailed them last week on Monday and received a response for a quote the very next day. A week later they were out to fix my driveway and completed the job in one day. They are very professional and reliable and the price was very reasonable. I talked with their Administrator Denise and she was very friendly and explained everything so that it was easy to understand what I would be getting. I highly recommend them for your concrete needs.

We had an excellent experience with this company. They were professional and took great care replacing our walkway and front porch step. Their finished product is far better than the original concrete work that was done at our house.

Mario and his crew, including his wife Denise, were the most professional contractors that I have ever worked with. They were prompt in showing up on time, courteous , knowledgeable and friendly. That's on a personal note, however their skill level led by Mario and the quality of work was stupendous! not to mention the price was very reasonable! Mario worked side by side with his crew and the end result was amazing! I am extremally satisfied and by days end I felt like I just made a bunch of new friends! Very well! Work was being done at the property next door. We knew the company had a great reputation locally, so we requested an estimate. The job was started AND completed just a few days later. Efficient, experienced, professional and reasonable!

Driveway, walkway, steps and sidewalk concrete .

Papaneri did our front steps several years ago and did a great job so of course we called them again for our sidewalk. Mario was very professional and explained what needed to be done. Denise answered all my questions and kept us informed as to when the work would be done. We would definitely recommend them.

They were the highest priced. I mean they were double everyone else. They missed the first appointment. They got a call away, or he missed it, or he had something else. They can improve by show up to the appointment when they schedule it. They missed the first one, and then obviously, try to maintain competitiveness in the market. I mean to be double the price of everyone else is sick. They were nice.

They arrived on time on the scheduled date. Their work was very professional and the new poured concrete steps look great.

Papaneri & Sons Concrete was a pleasure to work with. Brian promptly came to give us an estimate. We got estimates from two other concrete contractors, but Papaneri & Sons gave us a good price, and worked to get the job done on our timeline. They even worked with our condo association to make sure the work complied with all association guidelines. The work was completed in one day and Mario followed up to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Betty was always pleasant when I called with questions. I would highly recommend Papaneri & Sons Concrete.

Work was done satisfactorily. Promised someone would come by a week or so later and explain how to seal the new work. This never happened. They left 2 pcs of framing that I removed a week later. All in all a good job. No complaints. Fast forward 3 years. Saw Mario and company doing work in parking lot next to where I work. Explained to him the above. He said, if I went into Merchant Circle and gave him a good review, he'd have someone come over and power wash & seal all 3 areas. I obliged and left a positive review. 3 months later after 4-5 messages left with various people within his company, no body has returned any calls and I still have nothing sealed.

A year later the concrete is now cracking and scaling. I wrote him a letter about the cracking and scaling. He came back to my home and told me that he would repair the faulty concrete and would send a team to repair the cracks, scaling and to seal the driveway. This was a verbal contract (that he did not honor)This is the last time I have heard from this company. I would never hire him again or recommend him to anyone. It was a total disappointing expierence.
