Do not use this company for their Dry Zone. The company tried to rip me off & I had to contact the Attorney General's Office of NJ, as well as A Call for Action, Channel 6. Thank God A Call for Action was able to get them to do the right thing and cancel the financing that was provided for the project, to the tune of $5721. Please be aware that the financing company they use to get you approved is also Orkin, even though it goes under the name Rollins. So calling Rollings to try to get some type of assistance is a joke as well. If I could give them a zero rating I would. Customer Beware!!! I mean it... don't let them do it to you. They will screw you and then leave you out there. My last communication w/the company was 8/11. I was told my info would be forwarded to the branch manager. Ha, I didn't hear from the branch manager until 9/11 (an entire month), BUT exactly an hour and half after they heard from Channel 6, A Call From Action. Wonder what changed their mind.

Have been trying to reach the business for several days regarding scheduling of service, inquiring if more service and possible re-instating my service plan. I had attempted to call for several days with no answer so hung up. Then further in the week, I had left several messages that say they will be returned. No message was returned. Finally today I had reached the customer service team on the phone, I tried to explain my issue to James at the Cherry Hill branch and to just ask to take my number. I was immediately put on hold for excess time and no help. I hung up and tried to call back. I reached Michelle at customer service now. She immediately asked if I can be put on hold. Since asked, I tried to respond, “please take my number before you do and call me later.” I was immediately met with aggression, made to feel I valued at this company and that my concerns and multiple calls will not be addressed, and then I was put on hold in an unprofessional way without attempting to apologize, take ownership, or gather info to address the issue later. With Orkin, the technicians are great. However, any further help you need or rescheduling will be met by a shoddy customer service team unwilling to help, unwilling to maintain professional relationships with customers, and instead be aggressive, dismissive, and unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BASED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHERRY HILL OFFICE.
