Alex took apart the left side of my recliner sofa.Believe me that was a job in itself .He replaced it with a larger more dense pad. The job took around 3 hours and my couch is better than new. Thanks Alex! I had hired Alex before for a different problem. So glad I kept his number !!

We had a 15 year old cherry kitchen table that was in n need of repair. The table surface was in bad shape with scratches and what seemed to be an erosion of the finish. The owner came to the house to give an estimate. Once were agreed on the price, he took the table top back to his location. The legs were neatly placed aside so that they were not in the way of our daily activity. When he returned the table was wrapped in moving blankets to protect the new finish. I could not believe how good it looked. He matched the color perfectly and preserved the original distressing. We would definitely use this service again.

I hired another service provider to breakdown my sofa and rebuild. My brand new sofa was a mess, wobbly arms, seams didn't match up, makeshift legs. To be blunt, I got taken by an unscrupulous service provider. O'harro came to my home and went right to work. He took his time and documented via photos the shoddy work done by Mike Koff Furniture Repair, who is a service provider on Angie's List and did a terrible job rebuilding my sofa. My sofa is as strong as a brick wall now. No more dips in the middle, silly legs, or sinking into the couch when I sit on it. Alexander is a true professional and I would hire him again without hesitation.

Repaired very quickly. The table is now operating on all fours again.

Wasn't sure if this could be repaired easily due location of damage and color of stain needed. Alex not only fixed the damage, he custom blended the stain and did everything onsite. Highly recommend.

Alex was excellent. He came right away, offered a couple of solutions, and then went and got the materials needs to fix the bed, which he did that evening. He was patient, thorough, and honest. Would highly recommend.

Alexander was professional and punctual with his quote assessment, and with the work itself. He worked the entire day from 9A to 6P to refinish all our pieces in our condo. The pieces turned out amazingly well, appearing nearly new upon finish (you have to look really hard to find the repair), if not completely new. The most severely damaged piece appears completely new. Alexander was also very careful in our newly renovated condo with cleanliness, and in being sure that none of his equipment or products marked or damaged the walls or carpet.

The whole job went very smoothly from the pick up to the delivery! Alex reassured me that I would be extremely satisfied when the work was completed and he wasn't exaggerating! The quality of his work surpassed my expectations. His ability to pay attention to detail did not go unnoticed. He did an amazing job and made this 70 year set look new again! He was professional and kind, something you don't see much in a business these days. I will definitely call upon him again in the future!

Excellent workmanship. The job went exactly as promised and I am so happy with the result!

Quite well. He spray-lacquered the table leaving a gorgeous table top, more pale than I'm used to seeing for walnut. The only disappointment is that it feels a little coarse, not quite as smooth as I prefer.

Amazing. The bench looks like new. Beautifully put back together, refinished, and protected for outdoor use. He drilled in hidden supports for the arms and added feet to the bottom for protection. I couldn't be happier. I recommend Alexander 100%, a true pro who loves a good challenge.

Quality of work was fantastic. A little difficult to connect with the owner at times, but he completed the job and we are pleased. Would definitely hire again.

Called to make an appointment over the weekend. Left and message and the owner called back the next day. He came out later that afternoon which was very timely. He worked for a couple of hours fixing the chair, replacing the springs, and re-stuffing some pillows. Work was very well done. Alexander was nice and his work is thorough. Not sure what a "good" price is for this kind of service, but given the time spent, I felt it was good value for money. I would definitely use them again.

He came to my house, fixed one on the spot, took two others to his shop, returned them same day.

Mr. O'Harro was able to do all the work in my home. His truck is truly a mobile workshop with a professional set up. He had all the specialty tools needed for the job that turned out to be more complicated than it originally appeared. The other half of my dining table was also loose and he took it apart and re-attached the top. I was very pleased with his background, skill and care of my items. I would recommend him to anyone.

The dresser was in very bad shape and it looks brand new now. The other two pieces came out beautifully as well. Alexander is very professional and meticulous with his work. He took approximately one month to finish the three pieces which is very quick given that it was over the holidays. I would not hesitate to hire Alexander again to repair or refinish furniture.

The work was done beautifully. Both pieces look terrific. Pickup and delivery both went very smoothly, and the price was fair. About a year before this work was done, Alexander refinished a round oak butcher block table and a teak dining table with two leaves that stored in the table. He made sure the leaves, which were no longer the same color as the exposed parts of the table, matched. That work, too, was very high quality and the price was fair. Alexander is very professional and easy to work with.

Alexander O'harro is a miracle worker! We called him in to fix our truly sad dining room table in September hoping to get it back before Thanksgiving. The top was ruined, the rest of the table was faded and worn and one of the legs had been broken for over a decade. Not only did he do a beautiful job on our table, but he did it in 8 DAYS! I still can't detect which of the legs was the broken one. Talk about money well spent. Alexander is also a very nice man. His process is absolutely painless. We recommend him without reservation.
