Anytime you call them they come out. If you have an emergency they enough people to come out for the service.

I used them when I had a town home in Marlton, and I was very happy with their work, and so when we bought the house here, we decided to go with them to put the unit in and take their service contract because they do such a good job. I think their price is very good.

We had a complicated situation based on our ductwork, and they did a good job in continuing to work with us until the system was operating properly.

It was $25000. We did everything. They were excellent. It was a deal with New Jersey energy where we got a $10000 grant and they did the installation. The price was excellent. Their quality is an "A". They're unreal. It took about 3 days for the work to be completed. They wore booties in the house and everything. I told them they didn't have to but they insisted on it. They interacted well with me.

They didn't charge anything. It was part of my service agreement.

I had a coupon and when they came they said they don't clean the coils. I found out other companies did and they wanted to change me extra once I had them in the door. The coupon wasn't clear on what it covered. I wasn't going to hire another company to clean coils and they were going to charge a fortune. They did come one time and checked the system. They said it was fine and that was about it. I didn't like the fact that they tried to charge me extra.

They did what they said they would do. They gave us choices of various equipment. We picked one and now we are enjoying the experience. I think their quality was good.

They did great, and my dryer vent is not easy. I have a Cathedral Ceiling in the living room. The dryer vent goes at least 13 ft up from the dryer. They gave me a time from 11-1 of when they would be here, and they were here at 11. I have used them for years. I have had people inspect their work, and after telling them who did it they always told me they are "Really good". They are a little expensive, but well worth it for the quality of their work. I have a yearly service contract with them.

Arrived on time for a previously scheduled appointment, personable and polite service tech, respected home environment (little booties over work shoes etc), communicated progress during the appointment, checked work, left the house in better condition than upon arrival.

I am very pleased with them. Their price is relatively higher than other places.

They are really good. Took two tech a half a day to install. The area was clean when they left.

I would never use Hutchinson for anything. I hired them to clean my vents two weeks ago and one of the workers stole a USMC knife that belonged to my best friend who died in Iraq. I had the knife, along with others on display in my basement office next to my friends Marine photo. It has been sitting there untouched and on display on a shelf for years and disappeared the day they were here. Nobody else has had access to my office other then them because they had to enter my office to get into the room with my heating system. My wife called Hutchinson to try to speak with the owner several times over the past week and have not received a call back. Their company is a disgrace and they employ thieves.

They gave us the best price. I'm satisfied with their equipment. They came on time.

They have three different prices. It was kind of good, better, best and I think it ranged from $6,000 to $10,000. I thought it was a little high. I might use them to do any work for us.

They did the job and it seems to work better than other furnace that I had. They were here when they said they'd be.

Terrible. I have the superior service contract which is suppose to include same day service. I called them and they woman that answered couldn't give me a time the tech would be out for the repair but said I was on the list for today and I could call in couple of hours to get a time. Called in couple hours, and they still couldn't give me a time. Got a call at 9PM from the tech who said he couldn't make it, they would call me in the morning. I work nights so I wanted to set it up then. I called the company and a woman answered, I told her what the problem was, she put me on hold for a few then answered again and wanted to know how she could help me, the same person I had just talked to. So I wasted the whole day, they didn't come out as promised and as part of the service contract pay monthly for and the last woman I spoke to at 9PM was clueless. Unbelievable.

I spent weeks, if not months, researching different oil-to-gas conversion options and vendors. I read reviews and met with over 5 HVAC vendors. I am a pretty high maintenance homeowner, and Hutchinson (my sales guy was Chuck) listened and addressed everyone of my questions and concerns. The cost was very competitive. They also got me set up on NJ Home Energy Performance Program, which provided a meaningful credit ($4000) and 7 year interest free loan. The installation team was complete professionals. I hope I am not getting the names wrong, but we had a great team (Mike, Mike, Dave, and Dan). The entire project was done in two days. The work was high quality, and I am very happy with the finished project. It is clear that the company has a great culture and actually takes pride in its work (down to the Hutchinson blue plywood). The insulation crew (I think it was Energy Service Group) was also great. We had old R-13 batts in the attic, which they upgraded with blown in fiberglass to R-44. The house has been much more comfortable. There was no mess, no smell, no dust at all. I have been renovating a house over the last year and have dealt with many vendors. Hutchinson was a pleasure to deal with, and I would highly recommend the company.

The representative scheduled time with us, which he later tried to change (last minute). He tried pushing services which were not required in our home (our home already has well beyond the required amount of air sealing as required by the state program). His estimates were very high. He promised to give me a copy of the high-level roll-up of the 3 tiers he recommended (combinations of specific furnace / AC / water heater models along with the total prices). He never followed through with that promise, nor did he return my voice mail or email asking him for that information. Pushy, arrogant, and overpriced. We were much happier with the audit / estimate performed for us by Rubino, for what it's worth.

initially replied to a coupon rec'd in mail for a $64 service for heater. was told my operator that it was just a "visual" service, and that a $84.95 service was a much better service which was more than a "visual" check. When the tech arrived, he was in the basement about five minutes when he came upstairs and informed me that his examination found a cracked heat exchanger, and this condition was highly dangerous and he advised that we needed a new system immediately, and he had to turn off the electrical switch for safety reasons, and advised that a service salesman would come out that evening to advise us on an appropriate replacement. For his five minutes in the cellar I still had to pay the $84.95. The tech was very emphatic that we were living with a dangerous condition if we put the heater on, a fire could occur at any time, or there was a real CO issue that could prove deadly. Needless to say I was frightened by what he was telling me. and agreed to immediately have their sales person come out asap. Their salesman that came out went into a long pitch about the energy star program, that would provide a government subsidy if we signed up for insulation in the attic and a new HVAC system, and advised us of our dangerous living conditions as well. It was clear we were being encouraged to spend thousands of dollars right away. Did some internet searches on cracked heat exchangers and read about it being a scam. After talking to other experts we turned our heat on and are taking other estimates for work. The system is 20 yrs old, and we will probably have it replaced anyway, but not by Hutchinson.

Nothing crazy to note, other than they were accommodating to some of our irregular requests to ensure everything was cleaned well. Very professional.

The first woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and cheery. I told her I wanted to get an estimate for replacing our hot water heater and she transferred me to the service dept I believe. The woman who I spoke with in that dept was friendly, but didn't seem too knowledgeable. She took all of my information and told me the estimate would take an hour or so as the person who have to discuss all our options. She told me she would have to person coming out to do the estimate call me back to schedule. That was the end of my contact with them. I never heard back from anyone. We obtained multiple estimates so we just went with another company and had the job done the following week.

Mike performed all the tests relevant to our problem. (Fan is on, but not really forcing cool air.) This unit is 4 years old and installed by Hutchinson. Capacitor was shot or not really performing. He was able to replace rather quickly. Mike was here for a half-hour. Most of that time he advised me on questions and concerns regarding our systems (We have two.) and having a maintenance plan which had elapsed. So physical work was 10-15 minutes, he had the part in his truck. This visit went well . Others (which have timed out on this site and are no longer available to be seen here on Angie's.) we weren't as lucky. Mike was efficient, knowledgeable, professional and was easy to get along with and understand his explanations. Our system is still under warranty so that $234 retail price cost us nothing.
