They were very accommodating when I added on a service at the last minute. Very pleasant and courteous to deal with. Joe and Jesse, the technicians, were awesome! Very friendly and professional. Laid sheets down to keep minimal dirt and debris out of house. They were very thorough and explained the process and walked me through it after it was completed. I will definitely use Hutchinson again!

Both my neighbor and I found that they were very reliable. When they say they are going to be here, they are here. They did not make a mess at all and were very easy to work with. This place is a bit pricey, however, they offered me a very good special. They are very knowledgeable and answer any questions I have. If I ever have any problems, they come right out and help. It was a busy day and they always seem to work me in. They are very dependable. The salesman that we dealt with was very good about letting us know what was too much and what the right price was for us. We have been extremely pleased. It is a much more efficient system than our last one. Over the years I have never really had any complaints with them.

I first I thought that Joe from Hutchinson's was pushy. But he took the information from us and he said we'll call you back in a week. So we selected them. There was a crew for each job. They said they would be there at 7:30 am and they were. They were done at 4:30. So the only thing not done is the tank removal and it's because of waiting for the permit. I am very happy with the company. Everything Joe said would happen did happen. We got the best of the best equipment.

Called Hutchinson on Thurs to set-up an A.M. appointment on Sat. to have our clogged kitchen drain cleaned. Ryan appeared on time as promised. He slipped on shoe socks to keep the rugs from getting dirty and went right to work attacking the mess. Upon completion, both of us went outside to check for a gurgling sound near the sidewalk an indication of satisfactory flow. It was working fine.Ryan is a friendly guy that we enjoyed having do the work. Total cost including taxes came to $251.45.

I've used them before and the price was reasonable. They do great work. They know their stuff as far as industry goes. They may not be competitive but I'm paying for quality of service and knowledge. I don't always go with the cheapest cost. Their people are courteous and they do good work inside and outside the home.

I have not had it that long and I will not be able to tell how good it is until this winter. The work they did seems to be fine so far.

They were excellent. They also took the old AC with them. It works very well. They were cheaper than others.

The technician arrived on time and did a complete inspection. He stated that the valves in the compressor were not functioning properly. Due to the age of the unit and no existing warranty, we would need a replacement. His estimate was approx $2105. The issue I am having is that the unit seems to work just fine as long as it stays below 90 degrees outside. If the valves are not functioning properly, why would it work sometimes and not others? So I was a little confused. In addition to that, in June I hired a different A/C company to perform a tune up on my system. This company was also A rated by Angie's List and their technician mentioned nothing about the valves in the compressor not functioing properly. It is important to note that it was cool that day and that technician was not able to test the pressure because it was too cool outside. When this was told to the Hutchinson technician, he did not understand why the first guy couldn't test the pressure and also didn't understand why the didn't notice the valves in the compressor were bad. After the visit from Hutchinson, I remembered that I had PSEG Warranty protection on my A/C unit. I figured that if I did in fact need a new compressor, it might be covered. The PSEG rep inspected the unit about 3 days later and he said that there was nothing wrong with the compressor. He said the unit was working as hard as it could and the reason that cold air was not coming out on hot days had more to do with the type of unit in the attic and the house we had.At this point I do not know who to believe. Did the first company I call miss something or was the unit working just fine when he was there? Is the Hutchinson rep being honest about needing a new compressor or just trying to get me to spend more money when I don't need to? Is the PSEG rep correct that there is nothing wrong with the compressor or is he just trying to save PSEG money? I have no issues with Hutchinson other than the fact that I have no way to verify what they told me. Because, of this I am not sure I would hire them again. If it turns out that they were right, I will update my review.

Their reputation made me choose them. Their employees are very well skilled. They are clean and use a little booties on their feet which I love. They are good people. Pricing is expensive but you get what you paid for.

Air conditioner was freezing up. Hutchinson came in and diagnosed the issue quickly and completed the repair and maintenance right away.

He was very professional. He cleaned up well and he made sure things were tightened properly. He called ahead and showed up when he was supposed to.

They did a great job. Punctual, clean and courteous. The guy was working in a very confined space but still managed to get everything done on time. Another crew came in to do the dryer vent cleaning and they were the same - very nice young men. I thought their prices were a little high but I can't complain about the service.

I purchased the maintenance and protection plan that covers one heater and one A/C inspection/cleaning/tune-up per year and labor and materials are covered should any covered parts break down.

They do excellent work and I would highly recommend them. They are very reliable. If we called them regarding an issue, they came right back out. They are also very accommodating.

The Hutchinson technician arrived very soon after I called and was correct in his assessment of the problem. Since we have a contract with the utility company, we called them. They had trouble figuring out the cause of the failure, but replaced a part the Hutchinson guy mentioned. They left without fully solving the problem, which, left unresolved, would have caused the new part to fail again shortly. We were able to use the information from the Hutchinson technician to finish fixing the problem ourselves. The result: we are impressed by the promptness and accuracy of the Hutchinson man, and are considering replacing our current service contract with one from Hutchinson in the near future.

It went very well. Instead of charging me for the service fee at $99 plus parts, he suggested that I purchase the 1 year service contract and everything would be covered. He took the time to show and explain what he needed to do.

It went well. They initially attempted to perform the service, but found broken pipes and water in the crawl space. They told me that I would need to have that taken care of before they could clean out the dryer vent. (I had my condo association contact a plumber to fix the problem). Hutchinson returned to perform the service a few days later. I was very pleased with their professionalism and quality.

The representative was prompt. He provided clean drop cloths to protect my hardwood floors while bringing in the new and taking out the old water heater. He completely the job in less time than expected. He explained how the new water heater worked and was courteous and professional.

They do good work. I've used them many times in the past for plumbing and my central AC system. They come on time and are punctual. I recently had them out to inspect my chimney and they recommended I look at a chimney repair company, but they didn't charge me for the visit which speaks highly of them. I call them for all my plumbing and AC needs.

The sales rep was very responsive. I had a ton of questions and he answered them all. As for the actual install, it was very smooth. The install team was great. They arrived on time and left no mess. And according to the inspectors that came out from our town and state, the install team did a great job re-working our water/gas lines to accommodate the tankless water heater. I had two minor issues after the install re: some paperwork and a missing cover for the AC filter that took some time to resolve. I had to call repeatedly to get those issues resolved. It was just a matter of speaking to the right person to handle the issue. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work done by Hutchinson. With the new HVAC system, we have seen a significant savings in our electric/gas bills each month even though the AC is set at a higher temp.

They worked really well with us. They actually outsourced the job to another company that did good work as well. They came on time, cleaned up after themselves, and did high quality work. Overall we had a good experience

The staff was courteous, prompt, and cleaned up after themselves. They gashed a windowsill, but they tried to repair and paint it. I had a question regarding the ducts after they left and they sent a service rep right over to check them out. They are a bit more expensive than other firms, but they did a great job.

The quality is what stood out about this company. The professionalism of the staff is really, really good. The installers were phenomenal. I would definitely recommend others to use them. They weren't the lowest quote that we'd got but they definitely gave us the best presentation and I think we got the best value for what we got.

My estimate experience with them wasn't as good. They weren't as responsive as the other companies were to my questions. They have a very good reputation. They were competitive with price, and actually a little lower than the place we actually chose. The sales person wasn't willing to explain things. The other companies were willing to explain things to me. I was spending a substantial amount of money and I had questions. To me if felt like I should know they have a good reputation and not have so many questions. Everyone recommends different products, brands, and solutions to problems. I was considering using them, but the whole process would have been a pain. I thought I would have been an annoyance while trying to get explainations for things.

They did a good job! The tech that came out to fix the problem also advised me on how to prevent the problem from occurring again in the future., which I felt was nice.
