Absolutely outstanding telephone support and customer service. They were able to book the appointment immediately and they called like three times to confirm and tell me that the plumber was running late. The plumber himself was excellent. Very courteous and polite. whoever, after that, I learned that the prices of this plumbing company are absolutely utterly insanely egregiously high . literally, they are a massive rip off and it was infuriating to hear their prices. they also lie about the price of the materials and greatly exaggerates the cost. The plumber suggested that the job to be done right would cost $1600. And alternative would be to do the job for $600 but that would be non-warranted. The plumber also quoted that the packs 1 inch pipe would cost $200 for 20 feet which equals $10 per foot which is absolutely a lie. Upon hearing their prices, I am mediately dismissed them from doing the job. I had to pay their $120 diagnostic fee which I had been told ahead of time, but nonetheless is irritating. This diagnostic fee would not even be waived if I chose to use them to do the job. I understand the diagnostic fee needs to be paid if I do not do the job, but even if i had used them to do the job, the diagnostic fee would still have to be paid. I immediately got another plumber to come within 24 hours. This plumber was fully licensed and did warranty work and completed the job for $250. The labor rate for this plumber was $175 per hour compared to Hutchison labor rate which was $330 per hour. Their rates are literally insane. They lie about the price of their materials and they lie that other plumbers would not have warranty to work or would not be licensed. I also inquired about the cost of installing a toilet and they quoted $950. My previous experience with installing the toilet would be approximately two hours of labor which would cost about $300 steer away from this company. Their prices are literally highway robbery and I am shocked that so many people out there are paying these prices.

He said he was gonna fix it once they got the part and never came back. He was supposed and still hasn't shown.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!! I could have done it myself. All the tech had to do was tell me it was a simple job and it would have saved me a lot of money! My grandmother could have done it! I could not work for a company that rips people off as they did with me!

Hired them for kitchen sink drain pipe replacement. Very prompt and completed the job Professional was very polite and knowledgeable

They were respectful to the home owners and the house by wearing shoe covers and left the work site cleaned.

I had to wait 3 days for the appointment to fix my kitchen sink. I scheduled around them coming. 1 hour before the appointment, they called and canceled without a reason. They said they do not have a plumber available. I asked why they scheduled an appointment for that time if they do not have anyone available. It was the only plumber Angie offered, so I could not get the discount. Had to call RotoRooter and had it fixed in 2 hours.

They were prompt and the work was completed satisfactory!

Tech arrived prior to the scheduled window for service. Explained issues up front and provided total cost as well. Tech was very friendly.

They accidentally overcharged me by a $114, in which I had to call them to get my refund. I felt the price was a little steep being that they did not actually have to repair anything. When they came to my home they found that there was a little piece of plastic stopping the shut off valve (for the toilet) from completely closing. This was a 5 minute diagnosis repair that cost over $240. I do not mean to complain ,but is this the average cost for something like this? The technician himself was extremely professional and pleasant, and the service was great overall.

They were quick to respond, and the tech did an excellent job of explaining the issues and repairing them as well as ordering the parts that he did not carry on his truck.

The project was small but untimely on my side so I needed someone in to get the work done. A repair tech came out and looked the job over and said it would be easy and no issue at all. I booked the service after being told an upfront time frame & figure. They showed up the next scheduled day and completed the task in less then the time allotted. The over all job was done well, no complaints about the work. My only thought is that the job was done in about an hour less, times two men, that's almost two work hours paid extra. No adjustment offered in final payment.. Good work, can't take that away from them.

The installer was very informative in questioning us about the type of problem we were having and explaining the causes of the problems we were having. He was helpful in telling us of the different types of replacement options. After installation, he was very adamant about checking and double checking to make sure that the replacement of the new equipment was functioning correctly. He was very pleasant to talk to and kept us informed of the work he was doing. We would recommend him to others for the type of work he does and request him for any other similar jobs that we may have.

Showed up quickly. Small repair was costly but overall a good service.

The technician did wonderful work & also went above & beyond when I added another plumbing issue while he was here. The only con was the $20 gas fee This work was completed before gas prices went up, & I was already paying an $89 fee just for them to assess the job, which was additional to the work. I expected to pay the $89. ,but I felt the gas fee was unnecessary.
