Prompt and fixed; however, the repair was made in 2-minutes without informing me it was going to cost an additional $100 on top of the $59 service call. He tinkered, fixed it no parts then informed me of cost. Price was excessive and not disclosed prior to repair. Not transparent.

The Technician was on time and friendly. He diagnosed the problem right away and was honest with me about what we should do. Unfortunately, it meant that we would have to purchase a new dryer. I would definitely use High-Tech Appliance Repair again.

Very professional

Tech, Jon, arrived early and was able to troubleshoot the problem imediately. He explained what had happened, and how my washer was draining properly, but was not spinning which is why my laundry was still soaking wet. After the repair, we observed a few test runs of the washer to make sure that everything was working, and made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this repair company to everyone.

Paul did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company for appliance repair. He was extremely thorough and professional. The fact that he would not mark the job as complete until both he and I were satisfied with the end result was commendable. We had a problem with our washer that wasn't working, showing an error code. We called High Tech Appliance repair to have a technitian come out. The technitian came the same day, was on time and very professional. He did a great job explaining what was the issue, and did a great job fixing our washer. It was a pleasant experience. I’ve had a problem with my ice maker for couple of weeks, it wasn’t making any ice. The technitian called me 15 minutes after i’ve scheduled an appointment. He was at my house within an hour. He checked out my entire fridge, and found the problem that my water line was freezing up. Great service! Ice maker works. Very happy with the service and price was very fair.
