Fabiano and his team were very easy to deal with and super efficient. They were very hard workers and barely took any breaks. Their attention to detail was excellent.

Fabiano and his three-man crew spent three days on a range of exterior projects on an 1890s farm house. He is reliable, responsive, communicative and very reasonably priced. He and his crew clearly take pride in a job well done. They did fabulous work for us and we will be hiring them again for additional projects in the near future.

Fabiano’s crew was very professional and knowledgeable. They were easy to contact and when I did have a problem they addressed it immediately. I’m quite impressed as I have had issues with contractors in the past.

Excellent work and great price Very good

Fabiano and his son did an excellent job. The house is over 100 years old and one is always braced for collateral damage when doing work like removing an old staircase and installing a new one. The removal went smoothly with no problems and the new staircase is beautiful. The work is quality and everything was clean when done. We are extremely happy with the new stairs. Will definitely have them back again for more projects.

I highly recommend Fabiano's Construction. Our experience with him was fantastic from beginning to end. The project was to restore and replace the exterior window frames of our 1830 Trinity. The previous owners had installed new windows on the inside but left the old ones outside for beauty. Many of these old windows were completely rotten at the bottom, barely holding the small panes of glass together. We got three estimates. One builder wanted to replace the old windows with a second set of new ones. Another was going to patch them up with wood filler. Fabiano was the only one who was willing to actually restore them, using green wood for the parts that were beyond salvaging. It was precision carpentry work requiring problem-solving ingenuity. The new frames and sills are green wood plus Azek (PVC), so they should last forever. Although more major restoration was necessary than foreseen, Fabiano and his crew—his son Will and assistant Simon—still finished the job in the predicted time. They were careful, focused, hard-working, and also really nice, honest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and the result is a stunning improvement to our house both inside and out. Fabiano is responsive and friendly, an expert who takes pride in his work. Incredibly, his price was the lowest the three. We plan to hire him for another project.

Fabiano and his team were great. They were very understanding about our anxious rescue dog and let us Introduce them to our dog before they began work. They were always on time or early and finished the project sooner than anticipated. There were a couple things we wanted fixed or adjusted when they finished and Fabiano fixed them no problem. The finished molding looks stunning. would definitely hire again!
