Executive Heating and Air Condition

The central air wasn't blowing cold air, so I called him on Saturday evening (it was Memorial day weekend, so nobody was open). Got a call back within an hour, and he came Sunday morning to check out the unit. I got a new unit installed Wednesday, so I say quick service. The only weird thing is that he did not give me any written estimates or receipts, even via email--considering the costs (almost $5k), this is strange. But the price isn't bad, I read negative reviews about the brand they installed and texted him so, but he called me back right away saying they were good, and he wouldn't charge for repair if the unit was faulty (just in case, I'm writing it down here to have records of what he said). They accept the coupon, so don't forget to use it! Overall, I'm satisfied.
