Great. Craig stays very busy, but always manages to fit us in within a couple of days when we call.

Craig showed up promptly on time. Explained everything he was going to do. Gave us a reasonable and accurate estimate. He took out the old, broken faucet and put in the new one that we had purchased. The job was does neatly and Craig cleaned up all materials before leaving. We will use him again and recommend him to others.

Craig literally saved our Christmas! Our water heater broke down during Thanksgiving. I spent a couple days trying to get the water leaking under control. Since we were not in a position to quickly replace our water heater Craig came by and fixed the leaking issue. We had running water! Cold but better then nothing. A couple weeks later he came by and quickly replaced our heater. Great work!

The bathroom which I used frequently, nothing was right in it. They didn't set the toilet correctly. We had dripping in the bathroom. There was damage to the ceiling into the living room and back down to the wall, from where they didn't appropriately do the plumbing. At one point, they took down the ceiling tiles to look at what was going on. There was tarnish on the pipes that they had put in. It was a really negative experience. Their responsiveness was very poor. They wouldn't show up. They kept cancelling the appointment. I would never use them in the future.

I've had Craig out here three times, once to de-winterize the house when I bought it, and the other times to fix leaks. He is very punctual and competent. His prices are extremely fair and way below what I have paid to have similar work done in the past. I always feel comfortable having him around because he's a nice, regular guy. Highly recommended.

Originally, I called Craig Coles to remove a toilet, vanity and sink top from my powder room because I was having a new floor installed. He came the beginning of August, 2011. and removed those items and did not charge me at that time, because he was to come back and reinstall them when my floor was finished. No date was set at that time. He returned on Aug. 25, 2011 at my request and reinstalled the toilet, a new vanity and the sink that was being used for a reasonable fee. i called him to back on Oct. 3, 2011 to clean the line from the toilet in my powder room to ensure that all tree roots from a former maple were cleared away. At my request, he returned on Oct. 7, 2011 and replaced a leaking outside water faucet, checked the back faucet which spouted water and told me it only required tightening which he took care of. I was impressed because he did not try to make more of it than there was. My last experience with Craig Coles, so far was on October 17, 2011 when I decided I wanted to change my vanity top (sink) to a new one. Every experience with Craig Coles has been a pleasure. He is very professional, polite and very reasonable. Also, he is honest and straight forward about what a job would entail. Mrs. Coles is his reception/answering service and does an excellent, professional job. There is no begging for a reply and they tell you what Craig's scheduling looks like so that you can plan. Craig even called back on a Saturday after I had left a message about the leaks. I definitely recommend him for plumbing.

He's responsive. If it's something you need right away, he'll come right away, but usually he'll be there within a week. His prices are reasonable. He's good; I know he's going to fix the job correctly. He's reliable and good at what he does. He's very pleasant.

My experience with him has been great. He came at eight o'clock on a Friday night. He knew right where to go to fix it. He did some good detective work to find the leak. I would recommend him.
