Description of Work: They showed up on time and were professional. They surveyed the work to be completed and then we never heard from them again. Not even the estimate was delivered which is what they were out there for.

Description of Work: Cosello Construction repaired my front window including glass replacement and they also installed some siding to the rear gable above the awning. When the siding work began, Mr. Cosello noticed some squirrel activity/infestation in the attic (entering at the attic exhaust fan). He replaced the siding and installed a thick plastic cover over the fan (which was quickly dismantled by the nasty critters). He returned the very next day, rechecked the area and again made certain the attic was clear of squirrels. He then installed a heavier metal cover to secure the area and keep the squirrels from returning. Description of Work: Andrew Cosello and his crew insulated, sheetrocked, and plastered part of our family room. He also installed a storm door at the front door and caulked all exterior windows.

Description of Work: I had an exterior door that had been installed improperly by a previous owner causing water damage to the surrounding drywall. Cosello Construction replace the exterior door, installed exterior capping, and replaced damaged drywall.

Description of Work: The 100 year old foundation in my finished basement was in terrible shape and seeping water ruining the floor and drywall. I had already removed the damp and moldy drywall. They pardged the foundation, replaced the drywall (spackled and sanded), replaced the floor trim and installed the new laminate wood flooring that I had already purchased.

Description of Work: Install six windows and one sliding door and haul away job with related debris. Immaculately cleaned everything and my home was back to normal. Amazing!

Description of Work: We recently bought a home which was built in the 1960's. It had been neglected for many years and was in dire need of help! Cosello Construction came in and completely renovated, bringing the home up to 2011 standards. A gorgeous new kitchen, home office (removed old 'popcorn' walls and ceiling), and lovely powder room. New walls with stately crown molding, plumbing and electrical work, new windows and doors - including a beautiful sliding patio door. Mr. Cosello pays attention to detail and is in my estimation a true Master of his trade. He gave us beginning and end work dates and was always prompt. When he said he'd be there....he was there. We have been home owners for over 35 years, and have never encountered a workman who is as reliable as Mr. Cosello. We would recommend his company to anyone who is looking for above quality work at fair prices.

Description of Work: Dempolished and removed staircase leading from 1st to 2nd floor - replaced with custom staircase and molding to seamlessly fit with the existing floor and modling. Demolished and replaced a support wall under the staircase. Re-dry walled and prepared for painting, and re-installed the drop ceiling in the basement. Replaced insulation on outdoor air conditioning unit and hoses.

Description of Work: We had our unfinished basement remodeled into a playroom and had a powder room installed. He repaired the basement walls, moved our washer/dryer to a new location, rebuilt the stairs, ran new plumbing for a bathroom, installed a new bathroom and finished one room into a playroom/den.

Description of Work: We contacted Andrew Cosello for an estimate to have our basement finished based on Angie's List. He was very punctual, very attentive and very professional. His price was a little higher than the best estimate we recieved so we decided not to go with him. The company we chose was also recommended by a friend who had used them. Otherwise we would have used Cosello Construction.

Description of Work: For this service, installed wood flooring and ceiling fan, repaired closet door, repaired and re-installed glass shower door. Previously had them do major remodeling on our investment property including the other categories above.

Description of Work: I used the services of Cosello Construction for installing closets in my basement in this spring. They also did some electrical work for me. They put lights and light switches too.
