It was okay. Scheduling was a bit difficult because they were saying that they were booked but I had them within the next...it took me around 15 days, April, 28th is when I think I used them. The service was good but they couldn't keep up the timing. They should keep up their schedule, that is the only thing. I had to call like 5 times to make sure they are on time. In the afternoon, middle of the work I came for that but they delayed like close to one and a half hours. That was the only gripe I have. That is the reason I want to give a B because their service was good but then they were not keeping up their schedule. Cherry is a good company. They were saying some taxes or something like that...I was asked to pay some taxes I guess. They were saying the one in Angie's List is with no taxes, so they did ask for like $5 more. Quality was good.

It was not as good. They didn't do cleaning as well as I expected. I had to bring in someone else. There was a lot of work to be done that wasn't take care of. Only one person came out.

The cleaning person was very nice, but there was a language barrier. For example, I told her not to clean inside the newly installed stand-up shower because the grout was not yet dry. She smiled and nodded yes. And next thing I knew, she was in there scrubbing away! Luckily, I stopped her before any damage was done, but it could have been a big problem. I have since found another company that does a good job for less money.

It was not that great. There were stuff left uncleaned.

It was good. I told them the specific area that I wanted to be cleaned and they took care of it.

Overall, they did a good job but the master bathroom shower showed signs of not being completed i.e., the cleaning agent wasn't fully rinsed and dried.

I purchased a 2-hour cleaning service through Angie's List. The provider never contacted me, I had to contact them (even though Angie's List said the provider would contact me). When I mentioned this, the provider claimed they did not have a telephone number for me. I explained that I believed they were going to contact me through Angie's List and was told they didn't know what I was talking about. I arranged for the cleaners to arrive on a date and was told they would be there "first thing" that morning. The Friday before my service, I got a call saying that they could not come until 10:00 am. I planned my morning around that time to be home for them. Then, they unexpectedly arrived around 9:00. When I called the provider to discuss the timing issue, I left a message and no one ever returned my phone call. The women who cleaned the couple of rooms in my house did a nice job on the rooms that they completed and they were very nice.

First, I had been scheduled on Tuesday (11/19/13) from 11.30 am to 1pm with 2 people for 3 hrs service (2 people x 1.5 hrs). I was waiting until 12pm, no one showed up. I called Maid-pro (spoke with Neil), he did not know why the girls were not coming yet. I told him I had to leave home at 1.30pm, and not convenient leaved the home with them by themselves. I asked Neil to reschedule, but the next schedule available would on Dec 2. I do not want to take it because I need my house cleaning before Thanksgiving. So I cancel the service dice Maid-pro cannot work on my schedule.

The young lady they sent was a very hard worker and did a good job, but there was a language barrier. She really didn't understand what I wanted and wasted her time doing things that didn't need to be done (For example, she put in a lot of work scrubbing down the shower walls after I told her that didn't need to be done b/c the shower had just been installed the day before.) |I have since found another house cleaner, so that's why I would not use MaidPro again, not because the woman was a poor or unpleasant worker.

The two ladies, who arrived promptly, were professional, but spoke little English. They started at one end of the house and worked through to the other. Because of the language issue, they did not know or understand that I had asked to have some specific special things cleaned (two decks). I managed to communicate the need to do the covered deck, but they were unable to do the third floor deck as it was raining. When they left, the house was shining! That evening, I realized they had also not cleaned the display case I had also specified as needing special attention.I called the office in morning, and as it turned out, that information had not been included in the instructions given to the cleaners. Two days later a crew of three came out. They did the deck and the cabinet, and re-vacuumed (their idea) to clean up the little that was tracked in from the cleanings. I will definitely use Maid Pro again.

Norma and Adela came out at the exact time I was told. They were very professional and pleasant. I am a homebound person so to have a stranger come into my home and have it be such a pleasant experience was wonderful. I am also very fussy about cleaning and I did not have to re-do anything! They were excellent! I had another professional service prior to this and the price was higher and they did much less. I will continue to use Norma and Adela! Oh, and a shout out to Neal for being the most customer service oriented representative I've done business with! Thanks!

The team arrived on time, introduced themselves, reviewed what they were going to do and immediately began working. I left the home and returned before the time stated they would be finished. As I walked around the home, I was very impressed with how clean the house was. The pervious owner of our new home left it very dirty. The two women worked pass the time expected to ensure the kitchen was spotless. Appliances that I would not touch due to dirt were ready to be used. I was very impressed with the service and have already scheduled another appointment.

I e-mailed them right away when I purchased the deal to see about setting up an appointment. I never heard back from them. I figured that they were waiting for confirmation that the deal had been purchased but I still have never heard from them. I have gone with another provider to do work for me.

We are very pleased with her. She comes every two weeks. She is the best cleaning girl I have had. She is terrific.

They were very late in showing up, and I didn't receive any contact from them to state they were lae. They were supposed to arrive at 12:30 and didn't show up until 1:45. Since it was a Saturday, there wasn't anyone in the office picking up calls about service but luckily I contacted the sales department, which was staffed on Sat. That person contacted someone - and I eventually received a phone call from the cleaning staff who were on their way. Once they arrived, they got right to work and kept working for 2 hours. They did a great job, but I think I underestimated how much time was needed to fully clean everything. I forgot to ask that the walls be wiped down, the windows be cleaned - all which would have added to the price, but would have been worth it.

They were easy to schedule, and arrived promptly, but there was a huge language barrier - to the point that I couldn't even communicate my preferences, or how long approximately the cleaning would take. Also, some sort of solution was used on my hardwoods that left a horrible white residue.

I have used MaidPro once. They were fine. It was one person that came out. I liked her very much. I like the idea of one person versus a team, as I think it is easier to direct one person on what I want. She was a very nice person. I feel that she was intelligent. She was better than other people I have had clean. I felt the service was more selective. The price was comparable to high end cleaning services.

Not much to say. Everything has gone exactly as expected. No surprises. No disappointments.

It went well overall - the house was much cleaner & was a relief to me because I was so far behind. The one thing I would caution users on is that not all cleaning products used are "green." I had thought they would be - but I misunderstood their "greener cleaning" logo for meaning it was all green. But they used non-green lemon furniture polish. If being "green" is important to you - then review all cleaners to be used in detail.

Arrived on time, went straight to work, began with upstairs bedroom and bath and study, proceeded downstairs to do kitchen, living and dining areas, bedroom and bath and laundry room, completed work in about 2 hours, office staff called the next day to inquire as to satisfaction with service. Cleaning was thorough and efficient and professionally completed. This is the third time Maid Pro has cleaned our home; we have been satisfied each time with their arrival, punctualilty, acccuracy,and cleaning methods.

This business was horrible from the beginning. They said the were highly rated by Angies List, but I now know they lied (should have joined earlier to check their story). Multiple staff were unable to see dirt on white tile floors, mildew in a shower, dust on dresser tops, bacon grease on the kitchen counter, etc. When I would call the evening of service or the next morning to complain (with a concise list of the missed areas), they always wanted to send someone else out to complete the clean to "your satisfaction". Yet another day goes by (and another stranger entering your home) only to have the same problems on the list go uncorrected. Another call, another day, another maid...you get the point. After trying to lower my expectations on a few cleans, as well as give them the benefit of the doubt (they were always sending me "their best maid" and "the most detail oriented girl we have"), the problems remained the same-- dirty/dusty floors, dust piling high on the dressers, etc. But the problems got bigger; they were scratching my wood floors in our bedrooms! I had even started to pre-clean the house in hopes the service would get better!!! I ended up having to scrub my own toilets, vacuum my own floors, bleach my own shower, etc-- I thought that's what I was paying for! They actually move things around on the counters/dressers so that it appears they have dusted underneath-- wrong! Tons of dust or grime AND you have to re-arrange your nick-nacks and small appliances! I got fed up with the whole scenario when they (again) left all my lights burning and left water running (while no one was home, mind you $$$$). I called to complain for a final time, yet again listing the same problems, and calmly told them their services were no longer required. When I asked for a $50 refund (partial payment for a partial job) the office girl told me she would have to have it cleared by the owner and she would call me back. Well, no call back, so I called back and the refund was denied (shocker, I know). They said the only thing they would do was reclean the house! Once I fire someone, I'm definitely NOT letting them in my home with my house key ever again! When I told them to send my key and I'd register a complaint with BBB and Angie's list, they again told me they would speak to the owner and call back. Do you think they called back?? No, you're right, they will never call back. DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS- THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE STAFF ARE POORLY TRAINED!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!
