We were very pleased with the selection of materials and execution of the design ideas. From start to finish they were very professional.

Everyone I dealt with at Best Drapery and Design was professional and well-informed and did everything to simplify the whole process. This was a rather complex vertical sliding honeycomb shade product, and accuracy was important. The staff at Best did an excellent job every step of the way. The shade that was delivered was just as ordered, and the installation was done quickly and expertly.

James came out with some samples and measured. I kept some samples, decided what I wanted, ordered a few days later and shades were installed a few weeks later. Very friendly staff.

Kim had great eye for fabric and design. Owner did good job manufacturing cornice and install.

Kimberly the designer was very professional and talented. Everyone at the office, James, Cornin, and Jacob were terrific.

They did an absolutely beautiful job. They are very maticulous in their work and cleaned up well after themselves. I felt the price was very reasonable for what they did. Two or three people came out to do the work and they did not take long to put everything together.

Their prices were competitive and I didn't have a problem it. They were definitely customer oriented and they try to do a good job. I knew the owner pretty well and I had no qualms about him. What was put in was a quality product and it has held up fine.

The company was prompt in returning my initial call. They made the appointment but they called several times to say they would be late and moved the appointment time from 3:00 to 3:30 p.m., which I did not have a problem with. The first salesman ((th son) arrived on time with all samples. We discussed the window treatments I wanted, he measured the skylights I wanted Hunter Douglas shades on with remote control. The second salesman(the Dad) arrived approximately an hour or more later. We again discussed the window treatments i wanted. I chose the fabric. They again measured everything. The older salesman was yawning the entire time we were choosing fabric and he was talking to me. The younger salesperson, started to calculate the estimate of the cost of the job. At that point the older man asked if I could get the estimate by email. I said yes and he packed up all of his samples and told me I would get an estimate by email. He took my email address and left. That was now 3 hours after the first salesperson arrived. That was Monday 4/29/13, today is Friday 5/3/13 and I still do not have an estimate for this job. If this company is too busy to give and estimate, after spending 3 hours at someone's home, then they must be too busy to complete or even start a new job. I do not

James came to our house and spent 2 wonderful hours with us helping us decide on draperies and blinds. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The installation was great and we are very satisfied.

Everything went according to schedule. The work was done in a timely manner. The owner James and his son installed the hardware necessary for the hanging of the drapes and hung everything. He was very precise in the placing of valances. The curtain rod covered five windows. They steamed the curtains and moved the furniture back for me and cleaned up. If needed, I will definitely call Best Drapery again and recommend their services to others.

I have used them for 20 years. The owner is always the one that comes out to do the job. I have had some problems with them, but they fix it right away. I would highly recommend them.
