Auletto's Roofing & Siding

Auletto's replaced the roof on our home in 2016 - we moved in in 2017. Noticed a small water stain on the ceiling so we called them to come take a look. Bill came out the next day and found a small hole from a branch. Patched it up for free even though he could have easily charged me (not his fault a branch fell at the perfect angle!). You just don't see that kind of customer service and kindness much so it was greatly appreciated.

Project was done very professionally, on time and on budget at a very reasonable cost. Very happy with Auletto's roofing and his follow-up.

They came out right away, were fair in pricing, and did a great job with the repair. Spotlessly clean after the did the work. Would highly recommend this company.

They were outstanding. They were neat and in and out. They were outstanding workers. They did a great job. The old gutters would leak when it would rain and they came up with a plan to fix that. They just did a great job.

Excellent. One day for all work. You couldn't tell they had been there when they were done because their clean up was exceptional.

A few issues arose and they were prompt in correcting them.

they came to repair the roof leak we called about. At the time no one told us we needed a new roof and the repair might not fix the problem. When the next rain occurred the roof was still leaking so bad we lost ceiling tiles from the water. we called the company and it took some time for them to respond-- in fact they did not respond until we threatened a horrible review. Finally at that time they did respond and told us we needed a new roof. They did not really answer why we were not told that to begin with, but said they had hoped the repair would solve the problem. We asked for a estimate for replacing the roof and were told they would not be able to do a new roof for several months as they were so busy. After some discussion with the owner he did refund the repair cost we had paid him.

Mr. Auletto returned my call requesting an estimate promptly and came out as promised the next day. He explained the work that needed to be done, provided an estimate promptly, and when I accepted the estimate, he gave me a work date within a few days. His crew arrived promptly, worked in a careful and professional manner, and completed the work quickly. Cleanup was meticulous. The crew patched rotted boards on the garage roof with plywood sheathing, taking great care to get all rotted wood removed--a time consuming labor intensive task in itself. To a man, they were polite and considerate, carefully protecting shrubbery with tarps and leaving the site in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Auletto Roofing to anyone, and would most certainly call upon them again if the need arose.

Great. Jeff was responsive, courteous, sympathetic and professional. And he solved the mystery of my lingering roof leak and was a able to do the work the same day. I should have contacted Auletto's to do the original roof replacement and saved myself the aggravation of having to have the shoddy job repaired by another roofer.

Crew arrived on time, had the old roof removed by the time I left for work, and according to neighbors the new roof was completed by 3:30 or 4:00 PM the same day. They were clean, punctual, and professional. The roof looked great and has held up perfectly over the last 4 or 5 years. I have recommended Auletto's to several friends, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Bill came out and meet with us to explain what we will be doing to our home during the process of installing our new roofing system. All through there was some confusion on the products and type of warranty we would be getting Bill worked it out in the end. Bills brother was onsite the 2 days it took to install the roof and made sure everything that was needed to get done was completed. In the end the roof looks great and since we have had it installed (2 mths) we have not had any problems. We had 4 quotes for the same type of roof and Auletto’s was the best. I would use them again.

We called three providers on Angie's List for estimates for a new roof. I always get three estimates for any project. Bill Auletto, the owner, came out to give me the estimate. He explained the options such as tear off and replacement or laying new shingles over old and replacement of skylights. He gave me his estimate based upon the variables and he left. I called him with a few additional questions before I decided who I would use. He was available to answer my questions and he didn't pressure me or become impatient. I selected him over the other two basically because he seemed to be someone I could work with. The work took the number of days he told me it would take. His work crew was neat and courteous. His supervisor was his cousin, I believe. I believe that it was a good job as my roof doesn't leak and it looks good. We had an issue with a loose gutter in the winter. He came out promptly and repaired it for a nominal fee.

Everything went fine. The roofers showed up on time and finished the job the same day. Everything was cleaned up nicely. I have no complaints at all.

we call on 3/13/2013 and some called and came to look at property right away. Work was scheduled for 2 days later. Contractor came at time estimated and finished the job that day. We professional.

Overall my experience was solid and job was done very quickly and efficiently by Bill's crew.....some minor issues knocked the overall grade down....for example, the dumpster they had delivered sat in my driveway for nearly 3 days....Sat morning-Monday night. Another minor issue - two small lower sections of the low pitched roof line from first floor additions were not budgeted in the estimate. (This section did not need to be ripped off only another layer over top.) It wasn't until I spoke to his foreman while on the job that I realized he didn't include that section in his original estimate. Bill did state that the flat grade in that section couldn't be included in the warranty and any shingles might curl over time but I felt it should have been included in the estimate. As a result of this oversight, he didn't order shingles for that small area, fortunately, there was enough leftover to complete the job...Bill quoted me a high price though for that section (while on the job site), using material that I had already paid for, but we agreed on a lower price on the install in the end. Despite this confusion I still recommend Bill's services.

The price was the lowest from 3 roofers we contacted. Very punctual and professional. We would recommend them to anyone who need a roof. Jeff and Joanne

.The job went extremely well entirely exceeding our expectations. The job took in its entirety 1 long day. The clean-up was truly unbelievable with nearly no evident trace of the incredible amount of debris that was generated. The roof ended up looking terrific. Two minor problems (with the way the TV wires inserted into shingles) were corrected shortly after contacting the roofers.

Called Bill Auletto beginning of the week; scheduled job for same week. Gave me an honest assessment of roof's condition (good for its' age, but will need to be replaced in a couple of years). Convinced that his work in August was crucial in preventing damage/leaks when Sandy came in October. Preventative maintenance = great investment.

Our overall experience with this company was excellent... an A+ ! They were professional and very patient while we were having difficulty choosing shingles. They immediately returned calls and answered all of our questions. Their team was well supervised and worked very efficiently. Their financing options were the best!!!!!!!! We would highly recommend Auletto's roofing .......

Overall the job went well and ultimately I am happy with the finished product. My roofs were at end-of-life and both were in desperate need of replacing. Bill came out to give an estimate a couple days after I called, and was kind enough to plug a visible hole in my flat roof with some silicone while he was up there measuring. He emailed me an estimate a couple days later and when compared with the other estimates I received, Auletto's was the best by far. I hired him for the job, but scheduling proved to be a bit difficult. Bill seems to be very busy (which is good!), but we were plagued by off-and-on rainy weather which I'm sure wreaked havoc with all his scheduled jobs. There were a few instances when I spoke to Bill on the phone and he said he would call the next day with an updated schedule, but I received no call the next day. Eventually he got caught up on his other jobs, the weather cooperated and his crew showed up (somewhat unexpectedly) at 7:30am. Tarps were draped over the sides of the house for protection and my old roofs were torn off within an hour. By 10:30am (3 hours after starting) the job was completely done, all debris was cleaned up from my yard, and his crew was packed up and leaving. I received a call the next morning from Bill letting me know that everything went well, they hadn't found any damaged wood (which would have been additional cost to replace), and to give him a call if I had any questions or problems with the roof. His payment methods are also very accommodating -- he accepts major credit cards in addition to checks, and doesn't ask for any payment until the job is done. I would hire Auletto's again for any roof work, and I will recommend him to friends and family looking for a roofer.

I got them from a referral from somebody and a confirmation from Angie's List. When I looked at it and I looked up Angie's List, I told myself I got two thumbs up. I had the plumber that referred them I have high level faith with. I kind of figured that similar mindsets follow each other. The work was done professionally. I didn't get any additional prices. I had an idea what I thought it was worth. They came in within $100 of what I was expecting it to be. I simply let them have the job as it wasn't that big of a job. I was expecting $2500. He came at $2590, so I thought that was quite right where it needed to be. I was satisfied with when they showed up. They left when they said they were going to leave. I was satisfied with how they were working and the materials that they were using. I was satisfied with the price. I was satisfied with the way it was installed. I am going to go over and make sure there are no leaks or anything else. They also plastered around the chimney. They did some additional work that had nothing to do specifically with the new roof. They packed some other things that needed attention and it is where I would expect a little leak. Some things they said they would get back to me on they didn't get back to me on. I would expect that from a contractor. I looked at the material, the shingles and what have you. They were in and out in about 6 hours. I have no complaints about them dragging their feet or anything.
