Showed up on time. Professional, efficient and courteous

A little late but once they got there they moved my things quickly and professionally.

This moving company is basically a bunch of swindlers. We moved houses within 10 miles radius and we thought things were going ok until we realized what has been stolen from our stuff. We had a Breitling watch worth $5,500, gold earrings, and expensive sunglasses that were taken from our stuff. We were also, missing an entire backup. Upon inquiry, they claimed that they have not found any such items. We were overcharged from the original quote of $900 to $1,300. Then on a humanitarian basis, we ordered them lunch, and coffee, and donuts. We also gave each individual some cash amount in the form of tips. This is what they did to us.

Horrible experience with this company. My fiancee and I were scheduled for the morning slot to have All My Sons help us move from our apartment in Philadelphia to our new home 30 minutes outside of the city. I called to confirm the move five days before the big day and all was confirmed and good to go. I was told three men would arrive at our apartment anytime between 8-9:30 am to begin the move and that we would receive a call when they were 20 minutes away to let us know they were on their way. When 9 am arrived, I called the company to get an ETA since I had not received a call yet. A man named Tim answered the phone and apologized because he **meant to call me earlier** to let me know that our move needed to be pushed to the afternoon time slot because a few of their employees called out of work that day. He said they did not have any men or trucks that could come out to do our move that morning and that we would have to wait until the other moves were finished for ours to be done. I was understandably upset but was told the men would arrive anytime between 12-3 pm that day. 1:30 pm arrived and we had not heard anything so I called them again to get an update and spoke to a man named James. He told me that the movers would get to us in another two hours. I was again upset by another delay. 3:30 pm arrived and I still had not received a call. I called and spoke to James again who said he just spoke with the men and that they were on their way, they would be to us within the hour. At this point I was getting nervous that this move was not happening so I asked James, **Is our move definitely happening today?** and James assured me that **yes, they were definitely coming today**. An hour later, I received a call from James that began with **you are going to kill me...** He broke the news to me that the men are not coming to do our move that day. He said **they are beat from the first move, they are too tired, and they have plans tonight**. I responded with **is this a joke?** I was completely and utterly flabbergasted that this company strung us along for an entire day to ultimately not even show up. The most surprising and appalling aspect of it was the excuses **They are too tired**. Unbelievable and unacceptable. Moving is stressful and emotional enough. If I can save other people from the disappointment and distress of using this company that we went through, it will be worth it. Please do not use this company! Horrible, unprofessional, unreliable.

The movers, Heladio Hernandez, Humberto, and Juan worked steadily for 5 hours. The furniture was wrapped, pictures wrapped, clothing removed from closets and packed. My furniture is huge. They navigated stairs and made it happen. Ask for them . Excellent service

the 3 men that moved us were very curtious and it was a pleasure working with them.

Hard workers

Most unreliable business I have ever dealt with! I would give this company 0 stars. As movers, showed up 5 hrs late and took 2 days to complete the move.

They do not tell you about all the charges upfront and the movers actually asked about tips and how much they would receive. When I asked them to put a table at the dumpster for me was told they were not my trash men and then left one of my TVs behind that I had to go back and get on my own.

Be careful with all my Sons female representative gives you a quote baits you in. Once the moving starts the nickel and dime starts. This will be extra that will be extra! At your move in location, unloaders do not move until they get paid. Quotes from the representative and final payment will be a different money amount. I would never call them back or recommend them. Unless to someone I do not like!

London ,Felix ,Brian E,those guys are the best ever ,the hardest workers efficient ,very respectful,and cheery ,good spirited ,I was impressed .I would highly recomend those guys from All My Sons if you ever want movers they are the best .Professional movers and shakers !!

The crew of Omar Kabba, Marcell Baptiste, and Kyle Roberts were fantastic. This move have 2 pick up and two delivery locations, made complex in that the first two moves had to be broken down for the next two moves with interchangeable boxes and furniture. The movers were caring, energetic, careful (no breakage), great with fine glass pieces and substantial art, and they were fun to be with all day. I would hire that company and crew (if possible) anytime. I have moved from CT to Atlanta; Atlanta to Boston; Boston to Naples FL; Naples to Cherry Hill NJ and Cherry Hill to now King of Prussia over the last 27 years. This was a very tough and well executed move. Great Team, Great Value, Great People!

Their employees were exceptional. Went above and beyond to satisfy the customer.

They were not prepared for the small streets in south philadelphia and the small row homes that are in the area. First of all they must have dropped and scratched a bedroom dresser we really loved and never reported it. Once they got to the home they told us they could not take the bed and dresser Upstairs because it wouldn?t fit. That was the whole reason we requested their services because I am a senior citizen and didn?t want to do that myself. When my son looked at it he immediately said he thought we could get everything upstairs. Lo and behold with the help of some friends everything went up without much difficulty at all but the whole Purpose of asking the company was to avoid asking friends to do any of it. The movers just did not feel like getting the furniture up the steep stairway but it was the reason they were hired anyway. They never measured Anything. Absolutely unprofessional . Then when I contacted the representative to complain about the process he instructed me to sign the paperwork and call him the next day and he would work out the problems . Well all of a sudden whenever I called he was never available. The person I spoke with placated me by Listening to My complaints but told me he Could not do anything about it and I would have to Speak with the original representative. He said he would LeVe him a message to call me back. He never called back and whenever I tried to reach him he again was just not available. This was a ripoff of services and if anyone ever told me they wanted to hire this company I would strongly recommend against it. You have to pay for the services before they would unload my furniture so I never had a chance to make sure my furniture had not been damaged and again the actual gentlemen who damaged the dresser never mentioned it. It was a horrible experience.

The helpers are great, it's the representatives, management and owners that are misleading. We got quoted a price of 159 hr, dont do your own math on it because you dont know what route they will take or when they will arrive at your new location after the move start you also pay extra for bed bags, and tape. We paid for mileage the drive on what should have been a 16 mile trip. We was told there would be a discount due to the move team taking a lunch break and quoted a price. They also gave us that price with 2hrs included for time not yet used to unpack. You must pay this before they will start unpacking truck. They had to return money for unused time but never said they subtracted my deposit at the total cost quoted nor did any of our paperwork read this. Then when we called the management instead of being customer resolution friendly they argued with us. Was not customer friendly at all after they received our money. 15yrs of customer service, resource contract management and leadership in the military I know that the customer is right and there is a way to descalate a situation without hanging up on the customer.

Service is really good as they took care of furniture nicely. Ended up paying double of initial estimate. The truck filled up without loading everything, I don’t mind as they were very light small stuffs, but would be a problem if there were bigger items.

Do your homework, I would never suggest or recommend, be aware, the pricing is not defined, They did not take careful care of my furniture, Customer service was awful, it was a bad experience. They broke and scratched and damaged some of my personal items. They were not worth the price. I felt they held my items as hostage. The pricing was higher than expected. They made me sign the invoice prior to releasing my items.

First the money was double the quote price I was given way too much for the job I also was stupid enough to get rushed into signing that everything was not damaged then asked to have my table-top out on the base was broke was not broke when it was moved to the truck nobody owns up to it, I am stuck fixing after paying to had my stuff messed up, and they left a bolt off the bed never finished putting screw all the way in dresser mirror I had his best guys do not think so Clemens moving was so much better.

Management and senior leadership need work on their customer service skill-set. It's poor business to vent to customers about call outs, weather conditions and being argumentative. Try harder to be solutions driven, without the attitude. It's stressful enough on customers when moving, and customers shouldn't have to get yelled at over the phone because of your internal issues. There is always a way to discuss an issue and come to a resolution in a professional manner. Read the inventory, the job parameters and send the right crew and sized vehicle to get the job done. In the end my family and I had to help the crew, but we still didn't get the furniture placed as requested. Thank you for your time and effort but I will never work with this company again.

3 very polite and helpful young men came to help me load a uhaul going to Austin TX. They helped me with EVERYTHING!!! I am so glad I went with All Sons Moving, The work was definitely quality. I will always call All My Sons first from now on!!! Thanks You Guys!!!!
