All My Sons Moving & Storage

A nightmare, Well I called All My Sons in Cherry Hill, for my cousin who is a doctor, so he is not stupid, and speaks with an accent and is sometimes difficult to understand. I am a retired high school administrator who does not lie . 1) First of all they were listed under Lakewood NJ as movers. The move was from Lakewood, NJ to Barnegat, NJ about 27 miles. It was never mentioned on phone call they were from Cherry Hill, NJ which is another hour time added onto the move. 2) Now the disaster, my cousin the night before put his wallet in between his box spring and mattress which I told him not to do. In all of the commotion of moving he forgot it. When he called the head mover Carlos who wrapped the bed and box spring he said he did not see it. Which is a lie I saw him put it there myself. It would have fallen out as soon as he started wrapping it. 3) then the 3 movers ASKED my cousin for a $150 tip each and being somewhat naive as to how things work in the US he is from the Phillipines gave them $450 tip. Dumb move. 4) We called Carlos about the wallet, just after they left, which is now gone and Carlos claims he did not see it and it had about $300 in it is a lie. My cousin the doctor now has to get a new license, cancel all Credit cards. etc. Lucky he had cash for the tip. It takes a really bad individual to do this to a nice naive person who tipped him well We are going to the police Monday Dec.11 to file a claim which I feel is a waste of time. Carlos and this company should be ashamed of themselves for this conduct., taking advantage of a nice person who over tipped them. So byer beware. The gentleman at the facility is Vinny who we will call on Monday Dec. 11 they were closed on Saturday.

Total disaster. Workers were nice but inexperienced. Took 7 hours to load a truck that should have been 3 hours - ran out of room in truck because loaded improperly. Left us stuck w 12 pieces of furniture. For us this deal with. Then the drop to new house 4 hours later than expected- then at 6:00 telling us they are done for the day with the truck still filled w 1/2 our stuff. I took a fit and they finished - dropped stuff anywhere - did not put anything back together at all. One of the workers wore flip flops??? So the total drop off was 2 hours. Job was a disgrace! So disappointed - worse move I ever experienced and do not get me started with the over runs cost!

They didn?t show up prepared and tried to get me to pay them on the side. When I refused they told me I was paying by the hour and they took their sweet time to finish.

Incredible patient with our need to reschedule several times. Easy to work with. Highly recommend them!

4 stars because it was only a small move. The 3 young men were very respectful. Customer service was great.

Very efficient and amicable , be sure to be extremely specific as to what you need moved and ask them to bring boxes they are picky about moving things without containers or boxes

Went through all pertinent information with them, they asked location, amount of rooms what furniture etc. Scheduled move date with them, on the day of the move we were waiting outside for the moving company ( in the rain) saving parking for them right in front of home and they drove right past us never stopped. They then called us and said the moving appointment was canceled. Horrible experience!!!

I was told service would be $159 a day before it went to $179. The overall cost of the relocation would be $579. With a one-hour travel fee included from the old address to the new address. $159 after 2 hours. The guys took an hour for lunch. I got to a new place with a charge of over $1485. Then they will not unload furniture. I was threatening that they were leaving with my stuff and keeping it in storage. and then you would be charged each day. They accepted $1100. I have a disabled husband, and they were taking his hospital bed and hoyer. I had to call people to borrow money. They would not unpack my stuff until I got the money. I felt bullied and they acted like mobsters. Something you see on TV. The movers did well. Neat, good packers, protected items. I did not fix my bed correctly. I will never ever use them or any advisor.

The movers that were sent to help were not trustworthy; they tried to trick us by telling us that their boss told them not to go to the storage. They asked for money we are under the impression that they were looking for drugs at my apartment as one of the pill battles were found empty when I had two months supply on it.

Movers were quick, careful and kind!

They cancelled on me the day of the move, leaving me stranded. They gave a lame excuse that their guys were too hot from working yesterday. Giant turdburger.

They were dishonest about price. The salesperson stated it would take 2 hours based on the conversation. I called AllMySons on 6/22 to schedule the move for 7/3. After calling them over and over to discuss the details, they finally called on 7/2. Then I received an email about the additional cost!! They charged me an hour for the commute and gas. Although initially, three guys were moving at a fast pace, I was confident about their moving skills and the time stated. So I left the movers with my girlfriend and her daughter. One hour later, my girlfriend called frustrated, saying she only see two movers working hard. One guy has been missing in action. I called AllMySons (Cherry Hill, NJ) location.. the owner did not believe it. Long story short.. the total move took 5 hours plus the additional hour for the commute. The cost was almost double based on what was quoted. I will never use them again!

Hired them to move my daughter out of Philly. Few glitches, not their fault. But quick and reasonable. Would use this company again.

I would not recommend all my Sons moving and storage. They never completed the job. They were to set up all furniture which was not done. They were on a time schedule and in a rush. Very dissatisfying!

The movers were great people. They worked hard and followed my directions. The only issues I have is they stopped for lunch in between locations and didn't inform me and a piece of my furniture was not reassembled.

The drivers did a great a job!!!

Would not hire again!
