I was purchasing a counter top from them due to the nice sales guy Marc that I worked with. Marc was off today so when I called, Stephanie was nice enough to try and help me. I was confused about the process since I have never bought a countertop before and this is a splurge item for me. Stephanie handed the phone to Tony to answer some questions. He started the conversation with, who are you? I dont know where things went from there other than downhill. He kept asking who is doing "the work" on my house. I thought they were? I didnt understand that I needed to have the sink preinstalled and would have been happy to do so but he kept saying a bunch of things in his "language" and I honestly just didnt understand. As he is telling me and I am getting upset, he was almost laughing that I was frustrated. I told him I thought it best to get off the phone and I would call Marc. He said we didnt charge your card, not doing business with you. Now I know spending $3500 is probably a little thing to them but not to me. I went to 5 stores, did my homework and went off of reviews in my final choice. Any man that can have a woman in tears and then just hang up on her all because she didnt understand how a sink was installed is not meant to talk to people on the phone. It was awful.

We were in the process of getting estimates for our kitchen. We are located in Philadelphia and went to a few places in PA and also had 2 in home estimates. We met some nice companies and got some good pricing, but we wanted to visit Abruzzi who were located in NJ. A friend on Facebook referred us to them. We went to their showroom in Cherry Hill and at first we were a little worried that we might not be able to afford them. Their showroom is huge and had lots on display and we were a little overwhelmed at first. We met Marc first in the showroom and he took us around the showroom and showed us a lot and made us very comfortable. We set up an appointment at our home and Tony the owner actually came out and went over all of options. The price was a little more than some of the contractors that we met with previously but we just felt comfortable with using Abruzzi. They got all of our permits really fast which in Philly is a miracle because when we did our deck it took forever. They started our kitchen within 4 weeks of us placing our order with them which was about what we expected. We had our entire kitchen gutted. We had a wall taken down and few other things that we added to change the look of our kitchen. We had the sink moved in front of the window and moved the oven location. Abruzzi does sub contract out their electrical and plumbing, but both electrician and plumber were amazing and easy to deal with it. Everything took about 2 weeks to complete with inspections. After seeing the kitchen we actually decided to add a back splash later and we just got that installed and are very happy. We would totally use Abruzzi again.
Description of Work: Remodeled our entire kitchen. New cabinets, floors and back splash.
