 + -1 moreI briefly explained to James over the phone what I was looking for, and he came over the next day to take a look and provide a quote in person. As a new homeowner, I had a million questions for him about air conditioning, and James was happy to take the time to talk to me about all my concerns. Once I decided I was ready for him, we set up a time and he arrived when scheduled. He completed all the work in less time than expected, and billed me only for hours worked and materials. There was one small issue that he resolved quickly, and overall I am pleased with the results. James is friendly, punctual, professional, and really knows his stuff - I would give him a call again, and definitely recommend 3 Zigs to others.
Description of Work: Relocated three air conditioning vents to different locations, to make room for light fixtures. Installed emergency leak pan under evaporator in attic, along with emergency auto-shutoff switch.
