Andy fixed the toilet on his first visit and came back to do the shower after we had gotten the parts we needed from Moen. On both occasions he was on time, did a great job, and his pricing was fair. Overall just a pleasure to deal with and would use him again no problem.

His response time was good and he kept to the appointment time. His prices were reasonable. If I ever needed anything I would call him again.

We called because we were hearing a gurgling sound in one of the basement pipes and beause we had flooding presumably from our irrigation system (two separate problems). The plumbers from Felder were very prompt and very pleasant. However, they made it sound like all our options with them would be very expensive. However, they suggested the problem might be with the water softener and that we contact our water softener company. We did this and the problem was fixed for under $100 (the price of one service call). Felder did not charge for their visit at all.

It was an emergency situation here at my home. My neighbor recommended him. I had my main sewer line backing up into my tub and everything. I called and he was there within an hour. We had a family emergency and he came right away. He helped me out as best as he could. It was around the time we had the bad snow storm. He dealt with snow and everything to get to the line. He was just honest and was there when I needed him. His prices were very competitive. I felt he didn't take advantage of the situation. It was during December that he came out. He had to come out twice. There's no one else I would call except him.
