Mike Prendeville delivered even more than he promised - went the extra mile. He and his team did a 'clean out' of my mom's home on very short notice recently. Mike met the challenge and did an outstanding job. And, the work was completed a few hours ahead of the time we agreed on! Most of us don't need the services he offers on a regular basis and it's not always easy to get a referral. I would enthusiastically recommend Mike Prendeville to anyone I know and anyone looking for a hard-working, honest, reliable, local businessman.

From the start, Mike was professional, responsive, transparent, and fair in all of our discussions. He was very flexible with scheduling and arrived on time. He was courteous and quick to give me an onsight estimate, once we agreed in price, we began work immediately. He even swept up after he was done.
Description of Work: Had removed wood furniture from my house that needed to be hauled away.
