My old central air system died after 21 years. I got several quotes. My quote from Pipe Works was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive either. But the quality of the service was impeccable! Perry Mandarakas is one of their engineers/sales people. He measured everything about my old system and then explained in detail how he was designing the new system why he did it that way. He went over what would stay, what would be replaced and why. It all made sense. And in designing my system, he made a couple of tweaks to the design which got me a higher efficiency rating and qualified me not only for a rebate from the electric company, but a $600 credit on my taxes next spring! Installation was fast and perfect. Very responsive customer service and quality technicians. I highly recommend them.

I called Pipe Works because the 2nd-floor unit was leaking water from the attic through the ceiling. Pipe Works put in a new unit 4 years ago for the 1st floor completing a fantastic job with no issues so I called them to help with my 2nd floor problem. A representative, "John Sorrentino," came out the same day, and explained we needed to replace the 32-year-old unit, which is what we thought. He explained how we could finance the charges which we needed to do. We also were ready to tell him how our 32-year unit never worked properly cooling or heating the 2nd floor. Before even mentioning this to Mr Sorrentino he already knew the old unit did not have the proper ventilation system and therefore we were probably having issues with the HVAC not cooling and heating the floor efficiently. He was right! We are very satisfied customers with our 1st and 2nd floor units. Their knowledge, expertise, willingness to help the customer and overall service is outstanding. Our experience with Pipe Works has only been awesome. Their quick response, knowledge, clear explanation of work to be completed, explaining charges, caring for required permits, and assistance financing the job. I would not call any other company to handle our HVAC needs.

Not only are they knowledgable and professional, but for matters of sewer line 'issues', all the Pipe Works' techs we've had are THE BEST. Quick to the scene. Informative on the options. Understanding of the 'nature' of the problem too. It's not often you can say this about professionals in any field let alone plumbing experts dealing with sewer lines.... these guys are compassionate. THE CALL to keep matters of 'your household business' flowing!

Great Experience with Kevin guiding us with the proposal of a Central Air and Furnace replacement. Very professional and answered all questions timely. No hard sell at all. We did have an existing Lennox AC. The install team of Shakil, Ty and Brandon were just as professional. True to their proposal, they came in and installed both systems in one day. Left the area neat and clean.

The team at pipe works is totally focused on customer satisfaction. I called pipe works and I believe lisa or heather picked up the phone. I informed them about my toilet was clogged. She expressed compassion and empathy. She said I have to locate a service technician. She called back within 2 minutes. She asked is this an emergency? I said we can wait until the next day. She made an appointment with me. Delroy was scheduled the next day between 8-12am. Delroy arrived promptly within the given time. I expressed my concerns with my only toilet. Delroy, jumped into action. He went to his van. He returned with an auger. He attempted to unclog the toilet upstairs before going to downstairs to the waste pipe and or sewer. Delroy went back to his van and brought in the electric pipe snake. He went down stairs and attempted to unclog the blockage with the machine. 1st,2nd,3rd, attempt to no avail. Delroy remained constant. He manipulated the electric snake in such a way that the clog shattered. He called up stairs to try the toilet. I flushed the toilet. What a relief! Clog is gone. Delroy came upstairs. He brought his tools to the van. He came in and he went over the bill with me. I paid up. Delroy left. Pipe works goes above and beyond! I recommend pipework!

Wait until you can get a non-emergency appointment with another firm all other plumbers were HALF what I spent. Plus they charge $90 just to "evaluate" your project, although they roll it into the cost if youi hire them.

They charge a $59 service fee, which would be reasonable if it were an indication of their pricing. Their low fee is a deceptive practice to get them in your home where they hit you with an exorbitant quote for doing the work requested. They know no one in their right mind would pay their base prices, so they have to rely on deception to drum up business. The owner will say, every job is different but he wont acknowledges that if he gives people an indication of his prices he would never make the initial 59 dollars, to begin with. I had a simple dishwasher install that I was struggling to do myself because of arthritis. They wanted $600 to hook up water, and drainage, and connect three color-coded electrical wires. Refused to budge on price, so I refused service. Then demanded the $59 service fee because he was an expert that came out and evaluated everything. In his expert evaluation, he missed some corrosion on the copper water line that required me to replace it anyway. I would stay away from these crooks.

professional and honest... electrician even recommended a few things that i could do to save some money. i didn't feel as if i was being take advantage of.... the professionalism and dedication to the craft made us feel good....
