I contracted this service for two years without much hiccup, until... one day i realized that they rammed into a brand new swing set that I had bought for my kids for over $3,000 this summer. This is a pretty hefty swing set with big fat beams, but it only took them four weeks to ram into it and make visible damage, but then i connected two and two together and realized that they probably contributed to my old swingset breaking a leg and falling apart. Regarding the new swingset, the evidence was clear, It seemed like two beams in the swings had been hit with a large lawnmower at pretty high speed. One beam was dented in two places. Another beam had a large gash from a pretty big impact. I called to fire them.... and they told me that their 300 other clients did not complain. So much for personalized service. In summary, BEWARE of the GIANT LAWNMOWER MAN RAMMING INTO YOUR STUFF in your backyard. My other complaint is that they see no issue with mowing the lawn on a wet day, with the lawn completely soaked and the soil completely muddy. You will end up with giant tracks on your lawn, again from the giant lawn mowing machine. Just so that you can get fully billed for their services ($170+ every four weeks). AARRGGGHH!!!

The landscaper is very reasonably priced for the high quality work that is done. The company now has several homes in my neighborhood that they service weekly. The ones that I have asked are all very satisfied. My lawn looks great!
