+ -1 moreYou would be lucky to even get a response from them. After Hurricane Isais’ destruction in early August, it was expected that service would be affected across East coast including New Jersey that was severely affected. After a phone call and two emails, it has been 6 weeks and I am still waiting to hear back. Highly unprofessional.

Description of Work: Installed a full house generator. All work performed to satisfaction. Final inspection was to be followed by a final turn on of the generator. It was scheduled for the day a huge snowstorm was due to arrive that evening. They kept a man on-site a waiting the town inspection. As soon as inspection was completed satisfactorily, they turned on the generator and we were safe for the big storm.

Description of Work: We were selling our home and found that we had old knob and tubing which needed to go. We were under time constraints and needed the work done ASAP. Klos came immediately, evaluated the job, and returned to do the work the next day. We added a few minor repairs and they were not thrown at all. They were responsive, thorough, neat, and personable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially since we were tight for time. They went the extra mile.

+ -1 moreMike showed up on time. He quickly assessed our broken light fixture. He thought it might have to be sent away for repairs, but after some quick troubleshooting he determined it could be fixed on-site. He was extremely friendly and provided quality service. I would use KLAS again.

+ -1 moreThere was a little difficulty connecting at first but, otherwise, everything went extremely well. Lou and the other electricians arrived when they said they would, they were meticulous and made no mess at all. At one point there were four electricians working on different projects in my condo and all were polite and helpful. I highly recommend this company for electrical work and will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Rewiring in order to Install a new light fixture and a fan in a bedroom, installed separate switches for bathroom light and fan that were previously on one switch, installed a new bathroom fan, moved and installed a ceiling fan in the kitchen, and changed two light fixtures.
